Gated beach access- Beautiful bike paths- We are located in a private gated community- While staying in the carriage house you have access to your own backyard that is fenced. Enjoy the community pools - one is heated during the school breaks. We want you to feel at home during your stay with us- If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Pet fee of 200 dollars per pet- We need a photo of your dog within 48 hours of booking- Beach Service for 2!

Home is sun filled and cozy with everything you would need for your stay, including a community pool up the street. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the sand, making it easy to pop back for a dip in the pool or a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset.

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during the Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.
