Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Monica

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

Awesome place overlooking the marina and Vic is a friendly and responsive host. The bath is absolutely massive and the bed is really comfortable. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend some time in LA!

We loved staying at this cute little bungalow. The location was perfect, the decor was cute, and there was plenty of space. One of the things that was a blessing, there was TP, paper towels, and a few necessities that we did not have to run out and purchase more. Access to beach towels, chairs, and bikes was a plus. The location was easy in and out and the parking space was a bonus. There was just 1 day that someone parked in our space so we took our car to our sons and parked there, luckily he was close. I would highly recommend this space to anyone traveling to Santa Monica, it was just perfect! Thanks and happy summer.

The apartment is a bit small, but it has everything you’ll need. The building feels safe and is near some good restaurants and markets. The kitchen was well equipped and having parking was wonderful.

Very clean and great location. It was very relaxing to sit on the lounge chairs in the morning. We saw dolphins and were able to walk down to the pier. It is more of a hotel feel than an apartment, but definitely worth being right on the water. The host was very communicative and pleasant.

I really enjoyed staying here. Host was very responsive and helpful, making sure to check in with us to make sure everything is up to standard. Secured parking spot in garage, the apartment was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and so much more. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the Santa Monica boardwalk. Oraklus's place was just as it appeared in the pictures. Very spacious and great ocean views. Great breakfast restaurant just steps away. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean and felt incredibly secure, which we really appreciated. It was clear the host has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Speaking of the host, he was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. What a great stay! The location was perfect, in the heart of Santa Monica! Such a comfortable place to stay. Beds were very comfortable. And we really appreciated all the amenities-- toiletries, kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. John was very communicative when we booked and at check-in. Really enjoyed meeting Vincent too! This is a typical city environment with city noises so thought it was nice that air plugs were provided. But the building itself was very quiet. Some highlights: walking to the beach overlook almost every night; 3rd Street Promenade accessibility; Colapasta next door (ate there twice! heavenly homemade pasta); general walkability/ease of access of neighborhood to all the places we went. Thank you!

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

the stay was very cozy and comfortable for especially for a solo trip but also nice for couples. the bed was extremely comfortable. and candles in the room. the building itself was easy to find but was a little confused with parking and getting up. but the host communicated very quickly any time i reached out. the only thing i didnt like was the view from the balcony. you only get to see neighbors and i was expecting to see the pool. overall i would book this stay again as it is worth the price

Super clean which is very important to me! Place was spotless! Location was great! Cozy place! Rochelle was great at communicating! 👏🏻 There were some other guests on the top floor so you could hear them and their footsteps but other than that it was great! 🙂

Stefania was an excellent host. Always helpful and responsive. When we arrived we were tired, it was late, and we had some trouble finding the building. If I had printed out her instructions it would have been a breeze. Felt safe and the unit is centrally located. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Loved the spacious patio! I recommend using the parking inside the building garage. The street parking is free but fills up quickly. Overall, a nice choice.

My husband and I enjoyed the place very much! Highly recommend to anyone trying to be in the city. 😊😊
