"Villa Rosa"(Codice CITRA: 010007-LT-0139) is a typical Genoese old house recently renewed located at only ten minutes' walk from the beach and the town center. You just follow down a picturesque stream and you are there! The house offers the guests three floors with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor,living room and kitchen. The 2000 m2 garden and big parking place could have to be shared with the owners. Tourist Tax in Camogli: 2,5 euro per person per night.

Our Grandmother’s house is located in the peaceful village of San Lorenzo della Costa, in Santa Margherita Ligure. This bright panoramic apartment in a detached house offers stunning views over the Gulf of Tigullio. Situated on a quiet narrow road, it is ideal for families and small groups looking for a relaxing stay. The apartment is entirely at your disposal. We live on the ground floor of the same house. Close to the Via Aurelia, noise may be heard, but it remains quiet and peaceful.

Apartment located on the first floor, finely furnished, one minute from the sea and the center of Santa Margherita Ligure. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with a single bed, from the entrance we then have the living room with sofa bed available and a kitchen complete with gas stove, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator and freezer, glasses, cutlery and welcome prosecco! There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower stall.

200 meters from the railway station, 50 meters from the beach and the bus stop for Portofino . The Main Church and the Old Town are a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect for a small family , equipped with air conditioning and a terrace on an internal courtyard. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area full of bars and ice cream parlors and is quiet while being close to the center. Small but complete bathroom, equipped with a completely new shower box.
