Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Santa Margherita Ligure

Wonderful apartment with very warm hosts. We were there with a baby and dog and felt very welcome. The private terrace offers a magnificent view of the city and the sea, the kitchen is very well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

Ca Francesca was an exceptionally beautiful house. We felt very comfortable here and the accommodation lacked nothing. Nice touches awaited us on arrival, as well as the morning focaccia, which was in the bread basket in front of the door. Communication was always friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We also received valuable tips for the area (restaurants, excursions, etc.). We can fully recommend the house. Thank you for everything!!

Although we booked Casa Sally at quite short notice, everything worked out wonderfully. We were in pleasant contact with Mario during our trip from Hamburg to Genoa, who also gave us valuable tips on excursions & sights during our stay on site. On site we were welcomed by Pietro (Mariarosa's son), who showed us everything worth knowing about the house, which is extremely charming with its Mediterranean style with a breathtaking view of the sea, even if the access to the house requires driving skills, as well as a well-motorized vehicle, but it is always worthwhile, as you live at the top of the mountain in the middle of an olive plantation completely undisturbed. We were also able to enjoy the benefits of the pool & hot tub in a private atmosphere. The only thing we missed in the summer heat was air conditioning, but we were able to remedy it with our own fan. Thank you Mariarosa for the great hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. There is an idyllic place made of, where goats, cows and donkeys pass by, with a great view and where you can walk beautifully. Very separate was the abandoned wellness park Colonia Arnaldi. The house is beautiful and built with a lot of attention, with terraces, where you can sit. Unfortunately, Perla's wifi didn't work itself and the upstairs bedroom had upstairs windows, which could not be darkened. The drive steeply up and down in the 4wheel drive was adventurous and Giorgia gave a riding lesson for this, which was convenient.

The accommodation is comfortable, and very quiet, we appreciated the uniqueness of this huge hot tub, and the stone structure. The night was quiet with a good comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this type of accommodation for short stays, let's say to spend a romantic weekend and find yourself in a small but very special nest for couples. Only the bathroom is a bit sacrificed, but for a weekend it can be fine. The private barbecue part is very appreciable. As for the reception by Stefano, I must say he was very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Photos dont describe Teresa's place! It is absolutely beautiful! The terrasso floor, the warm and trendy interior. This is not a normal appartment, it is a roomy and super tasteful comfy house.... where you found yourself roght at home. The appartment is close to a littlw beach with phantastic and very high cliffs. We loved it!

We used the accommodation for a base for our preparations for the World Cup. The communication was great before our visit and during and all very helpful. Our stay was lovely, the house and facilities were great and catered for all our requirements and was just what we needed!

We have enjoyed a week in this lovely house with a beautiful location! The house is beautifully situated on top of the hills and with the pleasant garden offers a great view of the sea. The host is particularly friendly and makes sure everything is neatly taken care of.

i was frightened by the distance from the center, in fact the only handicap is the road to get 10 minutes from the Sestri Levante tollbooth. I was paid for by the peaceful oasis and the breathtaking view of the Bay of Fables from the villa's solarium

We were blessed to be at Flaminia’s beautiful villa for three weeks. When we arrived her son met us in town and took us up to the villa and showed us around. He gave us all the necessary information to insure our stay was pleasant. We used her wonderfully appointed kitchen every day. Be sure to ask Flaminia about Anna! She will come to the villa and cook a wonderful dinner. And even let you participate in the cooking. We had questions about the area and she answered all questions in great detail. There is an outdoor pizza oven. We had a great time using it! We enjoyed the hot tub several days. You are close to beaches! Several towns are nearby as well. It was a wonderful place to be!! And hopefully we will be back soon! Ciao!

Giulio was very helpful, always available at short notice. Upon arrival, proactively reach the house and the parking lot in the simplest way. The route is challenging, but easily navigable. Great view and great pool. Immediately again. Marc

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is simply fantastic – quiet, secluded and in the middle of the mountains, with breathtaking views. Just the place to unwind and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and we lacked nothing. The hosts were warm and helpful without being intrusive. We will definitely be happy to come back – absolutely recommended to anyone looking for nature, peace and a nice getaway! Also not too far away from Genoa. 👍👍👍🙏

Small but comfortable apartment, tidy, clean, with everything you need and large terrace with a nice view. Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Very cool house despite the heat (on the terrace at night recommended sweater). Ten minutes drive to the sea. Friendly and reserved host. We had a great time.
