Holiday rentals with breakfast in Santa Flavia

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

My daughter and son in law stayed with Giuseppina. The apartment was fabulous for all our needs. Situated in the town centre. Great location. Clean and tidy and a lovely host.

Very nice flat. Relatively quiet area, easy to get to the centre by bus or on foot. It was time well spent. The host very communicative.

The communication was very reliable and friendly, the best thing on the phone is clearly the large terrace with beautiful views, where we could relax well and cool off in the evening. In addition, we were plentifully provided with breakfast, all in self-service! However, there is not really a workspace (depending on the weather on the terrace, if the other residents do not disturb). It was a construction site right in front of you, but it was rarely disruptive. In the kitchen it's not fun to cook because it's very small, cutting boards were missing, and the knives are not sanded. The water pump on the terrace is right next to the bedroom, and can be heard sometimes day and night (has woken up from time to time). Washing machine only has electricity when you are at home, as the key has to be stuck for it. The apartment is absolutely fine for 3 people, more we would not recommend. Overall, the stay was very nice and recommended!

Alessandra was perfect, she allowed me to come back rather than expected. The place is really beautiful in a small, timeless alley and just beautiful. I highly recommend it.!!

Best host that I have ever experienced - Francesco went out of his way to personally greet us at check in, help us find a parking, and walk us to a nearby restaurant.

We had a pleasant stay, Onofrio was flexible on our arrival time which allowed us to rest after our long trip. She left us some treats we enjoyed. We recommend this listing that perfectly represents what we expect from an Airbnb.

Great location for exploring Palermo on foot. 3 of 4 bedrooms very spacious. Kitchen/diner is cramped for family of 5 adults, but we managed and were aware of this from photos. Federica is very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any issues and let us drop our bags early and leave them a couple of hours after check out. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Federica, for the Colomba cake.

The accommodation is comfortable and spacious. It looks just like in the photos! Communication with Antonio was excellent from the moment I made the reservation. Thank you for those days!

The place has a great location and nice restaurants and bars nearby. It's easy to get to. The check-in was very easy and after we opened the apartment we were impressed with how beautiful it is. Teresa is very friendly. We will definitely be back!

An absolutely beautiful apartment within walking distance of incredible restaurants and beautiful things to see in Palermo. I drank coffee on the balcony every morning which looks out over the city and the mountains in the distance. Tiziana and her family were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to help me feel welcomed in Palermo. I locked myself out of the apartment once and they came to help me very quickly. The apartment has everything you could want as far as amenities go - the kitchen is well-stocked, the washing machine and clothesline were very helpful and the two beautiful bathrooms felt luxurious.

Sylvia was very helpful. She actually came out to find us as we had put in the wrong address by mistake and she figured out where we were. Her place was spotless & had all the amenities. Beds were very comfortable, clean, good air conditioning & she has a nice balcony too. Good kitchen. She also gave us good advice on where to park our car on the street.

Everything was great! Location, size, comfort, communication. Great water pressure in the shower!

We had a great stay at Giuseppe’s place. It is situated in a great part of town offering easy access to the main attractions and wonderful restaurants. Giuseppe was generous in welcoming us with snacks and beverages. Even though the apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, it is very quiet. Thank you Giuseppe! We hope to return…

Manuela and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind! The room was bigger than expected, with a beautiful bathroom and air conditioning. The Airbnb is located in a lovely neighborhood with restaurants and live music, all within walking distance – including the train station for a day trip to Cefalù. The stay also included a delicious breakfast, complete with delicious homemade (typical Sicilian) treats.

Excellent acommodation in the very centre of beautiful Palermo old town. Friendly hosts great advices and recommendations and clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast fine two kinds of coffee machines youghurts etc. I would definitely stay here again !

Simply impeccable, my girlfriend and I were amazed at how well we felt, very rarely so much, the owner did not make us miss anything, very helpful and friendly, we absolutely want to return soon, moreover very honest price, if I had to recommend a place to stay for a holiday near the sea and welcoming it would certainly be this

Cute room in a nice area of Palermo

We stayed with Luciana for 12 nights with our two children (baby and toddler) and felt very comfortable! Great house, nice apartment, a porch for breakfast in the sun! Luciana is a warm, very child-loving host who spoiled us with fresh rolls every morning. Other highlights were the turtles in the garden and the proximity of the beach! Supermarket and bakery everything nearby and Luciana is happy to give tips! We'd love to come back next year! Thank you for the great time!
