Until July 2026, renovation work will be carried out in the adjacent homes, with possible noise during working hours. The harbour, small beaches, bars and restaurants on the promenade are within walking distance. The nature reserve at Capo Zafferano invites you to coastal hikes, the lively old town of Palermo, rich in culture, markets and cuisine, is quickly accessible (20-30 minutes by train or car), as is the picturesque old town of Cefalù (45-60 minutes).

The accommodation described here and the photos you see are of the upper floor. The lower floor of the villa is owned by my uncle and is rented only in summer separately.
