The independent apartment is on the lower ground floor. The Villa has a large beautiful garden with pool to which you’ll have full access. It sits in a private residence in Mondello (beach 20 min walking, city 20 min by car). The Villa is great for unwinding in peace while reaching beach/city easily by car (rental recommended). The apartment has glass doors opening to a lower-floor terrace. It is part of the house of the owner, who lives there but you will hardly see, ensuring full privacy.

Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
