Townhouse holiday rentals in Santa Fe

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Carl made our stay memorable and comfortable. We traveled from California to my daughters graduation, we arrived a few hours early and he accommodated our arrival and allowed us early. That was a huge relief as we were tired from the road trip. I definitely would rent the beautiful home again. Everything very clean.

My family and I had a great time here! My family are newcomers to Airbnb and were concerned about the process of getting in without me there. They managed just fine with detailed instructions and the help of the Ivrie team. Everyone that I engaged with on the team were very professional and friendly. As for the home, the images did not do the size justice. Way more spacious for a town than expected. The home was at a standard cleanness. The master bedroom shower was my favorite feature :) (I highly recommend to unwind at the end of a long day). The 2nd upstairs bathroom offered heated floors and motion sensor lights which was nice as it was cold at night. Overall, our experience was great! Would highly recommend Ivrie Homes. Looking forward to exploring their other home options too!

Andrew’s apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The 2 bathrooms were uniquely designed and once I figured out how to operate the bathtub, it was like having a private spa. The bed, as other reviewers have mentioned, was extremely comfortable. The apartment was a moderate walk to downtown, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

We had a great stay in Santa Fe! it was the perfect location for visiting our friends that live nearby and walking distance from a lot of great things! Super clean and spacious, and we had a great experience with our host.

I was worried it was a bit pricey before seeing it, but it was worth the price! Very clean, great amenities and super close to everything in town. Worked great for our ski trip and was as close as it anything to the mountain.

Unit was lovely, backyard is super cute and private. All of their instructions were clear and easy! Didn’t have to do any extra cleaning beside doing the dishes! Bedrooms had really nice bedding and comfortable mattresses!! Nice location - can walk to the Sawmill Market (go to the Crème de La crème bakery!! The crème brûlée croissant and their breakfast sandwhich were delicious)! Really close to old town too!!

Keeley’s place was overall nice. The primary bedroom was very comfortable, however in one of the smaller rooms the bottom part of the trundle bed was unusable, the sheets were covered in dirt and dog hair and the mattress was very worn. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials, such as salt and hand soap. Parking was near impossible many evenings. The neighbors consistently took up the entire parking lot, parking in front of Keeleys garage as well. We had to ask the neighbors to move their car a few times so we could get into the garage. It seemed as though they were having friends over/having a party, lots of smoking, drinking, yelling etc, so not sure if it’s like that every day, or just this particular weekend. There is no on street parking, so this is something to consider if you are bringing more than one vehicle. Keeley was a very responsive host and we appreciated the clear instructions to find the unit and to get inside. Overall it was a nice stay!

Great space for a week with the family. Good central area away from the bustle of the Plaza. Very clean and comfortable. Considerate layout, decor, quality of linens, and amenities. Would love to stay here again!

it was so nice to stay at Shauna's home. It was the perfect location for our visit to Albuquerque. The home is so nice, felt safe and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately couldn't. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Cute and clean place with a nice fenced backyard. Easy location to get to from the freeway. The neighborhood is still developing so we didn’t try to walk anywhere, but everywhere we wanted to go was within a 15 minute drive!

Perfect location for our group's trip to Los Alamos for the Jemez Mountain Trail Race. Near the Mitchell trailhead for easy adventuring!

Our stay was really nice and we loved the house - everything was perfect. It is very convenient if you need to be in far East Albuquerque or the East Sandia mountain area. We would definitely stay here again!

Ive stayed at Cecilia's property multiple times. Shes extremely responsive, maintains the property very well and is flexible. Shes and her property rock.

Ashley's place is comfortable and functioned well for my group in town for a wedding. It's centrally located, had the needed essentials, and cozy beds. A lot of the square footage is in the bedrooms with a very large primary and well sized other bedrooms. At times the WiFi didn't work for us on the Smart TV so we had to improvise with our hotspot, but that was only a bigger issue on our last night after the wedding's events had concluded for the weekend and we spent more time in the unit. Some handyman quirks were noticeable, like leftover painters tape on the wall or floor panels taped down in some high traffic areas, but that doesn't take away from the overall stay. We agreed the place gets a 4.5/5 if we could give a half rating. Some things swung the rating down but others brought it up. It wouldn't be our first place to stay at again if we had a choice, but staying here again would be totally fine. It was clean, had what we needed, had a great location, and Ashley was a great host!

There aren't enough words to describe the pleasure and comfort we got from staying at this townhouse. From the fabulous view to the responsiveness from Mark, the host. Our circumstances for being in Albuquerque were difficult but staying here was safe, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Mark went out of his way to make our stay beyond our expectations. The townhouse has all that you would need to make your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. We would definitely try to stay here again if this townhouse is available. It was well worth the price and Mark was an incredible host. Thank you Mark for the hospitality.

2nd time staying here. The place works well for our baseball team where 2 or 3 families can stay and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook some meals at home including using the gas grills at the pool area.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Loved the New Mexico vibe with beautiful art. Just what I was looking for.

A+ spot, will stay here again! A little tricky to pull into the garage - we recommend driving past the garage, turning around at the end of the street, and approaching the garage from the other direction - much easier! That’s our only note, everything was fantastic. Super comfortable beds and nice variety of pillows.

We stayed for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Flor was an excellent host who always responded immediately to our questions. We had no concerns with the house, location and all the amenities provided. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely rebook this house on our next trip to New Mexico. Thank you Flor.
