Small, but cozy and sunny Studio with sleeping loft (full size futon perfect for one person) is located in the heart of the old part of Santa Fe on a quiet street within walking distance to the Plaza. The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.

Modern South Capitol Studio
This newly built studio apartment (Winner of 2019 Historic Preservation Award) is a centrally located accommodation for guests who love to walk or for those who want to have a more urban experience in Santa Fe. We are equidistant to the Railyard District, Canyon Road, and the Downtown Historic Plaza. It is about a 15 minute walk to each from the apartment. Due to its location, this unit does get a fair amount of street noise and also, there is no oven, only a small toaster oven for countertop.
Santa Fe Classic!
Super clean. You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting artist neighborhoods, where locals live. Baca St is Centrally located, just 1.8 miles from the plaza and not far from Meow Wolf & main museums. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay on the plaza in the tourist area this is not us. We have no TV but 300 MSP WIFI. Your super clean, elegant room, full of eclectic art, has a comfy king size bed, AC, a sleeper couch, full kitchen, fridge, table & private patio.

Southside Retreat
Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

You can hike right out the door, and enjoy out-of-this-world star gazing, and amazing sunrises and sunsets!

I do accept pets, regardless of what it might say elsewhere in this listing. There is a $12 per pet fee per night to be left in cash on departure.
