Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage and my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, one comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Artsy Comfy Baca Street/Railyard District Studio

You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods, an arts district where the locals live. We're 1.8 miles (10 mins drive) from the plaza & close to Meow Wolf. Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Our artfully designed cozy 220 sq/ft flat has a queen bed, a well equipped efficiency kitchen, and your own bathroom. Plus, the exterior deck is ideal for catching sunset views.

The decor is eclectic in the sense of "Santa Fe Style" popular locally with some distressed pieces of furniture. There is a kitchenette with 2 electric stove tops (no Microwave) convenient for quick heating up. There is a sturdy wooden ladder leading to the sleeping loft - beware if acrophobic.
