The person in charge is friendly, helps you with information on what places to visit and how to transport you, the room is comfortable and clean, but it is located away from the urban area of the island.

Monica is a wonderful host with fantastic friendly communication . The place is so lovely and welcoming and feels like home.

I had a wonderful trip with this house. The host was really kind and tried her best to help us. The location was really convenient to get anywhere in Island.

Great 1st floor apartment, very clean, great host and service. Air conditioner is only in bedroom but it works great for both rooms. Kitchen is good, I was able to cook the whole week. Location is relatively quiet, it's 2 blocks from the main street and the market, but you can't hear the cars. Close to the trail to Tortuga Bay. 10-15 minutes walk to the port. There are a two more apartments in the same building, sharing the yard. Carlos was great, he offered towels and bedsheets change often, took care of the garbage too.

Wow this place was more than we could have hoped for. We had ages 17-85 and the home was beautiful clean and amazing wildlife. The stairs were kind of tricky but the host accommodated my 85 year old mother with a bed on the first floor (the couch was super comfortable but she went above and beyond). We had tons of hot water and Andrea quickly filled the filtered water jug every time we needed. We saw sharks sea lions pelicans and tons of fish/ crabs other wildlife from the patio literally feet away! We had nice lizard visitors to be expected on an island. Wish we could have spent another week sitting on the third floor open area or patio just watching wildlife . Taxi constantly available steps outside our courtyard and super close to pier. Will stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Ximena and Charles were really great hosts. It was our first time visiting the Galapagos and they really made us feel welcomed. They organized everything we needed from the moment we arrived at the airport, helped us book tours, find restaurants, etc. The cottages are well stocked with breakfast, drinks and fresh fruit. It was really an excellent stay. We would happily stay here again.

Truly a GEM in PARADISE! The spot is in walking distance to everything. From bars, to restaurants, to national treasures on the island. The port is also within walking distance. There’s also a friendly cat that’s always waiting for you in the mornings and at night. I would recommend it to anyone staying on the island!

Very nice place to stay

my girlfriends and I enjoyed staying here very much. it was a nice environment with a great outdoor area. unfortunately it was a little further from the center, but that was also not so bad. we definitely liked it, gladly again :)

It was a great stay. They lent me snorkel equipment, and the kitchen was clean and I was able to use it. The children of the host family were adorable. The room was like a rental house with a sofa and kitchen and was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this place, aside from one thing. The apartment was well apportioned, the frig was a bit bigger than I expected so worked better than I had hoped and the rooftop was awesome. If there was a juicer you would have everything you need. The photos showed no blackout curtains but the listing said they were there. I was hopeful that the photos were out of date. My biggest concern started day 6 of 9. Her old dog was a bit in my way as I came down the stairs. I reached out to him but noticed his body language was not friendly. as I retracted my hand he went for it with a WOOF! Scared me.! No mention of not approaching the dog!!! The next time I came in he was standing in my way and I had to yell at him to get him to move, a third time he went for me as I tried to go up to my room. THis is an enclosed apartment complex. GUests should feel safe in the complex and not worry about a dog coming for you, I don't care how old and feeble he may look. NOT COOL!

Had a great visit! Gabriela Alexandra’s place felt even bigger than the pictures. Really appreciated the water service (swapping out for new water bottles). Washer and dryer were a great amenity as well. Internet was also strong! Would recommend to anyone visiting the Galapagos.

Best place to stay in Santa Cruz! Javier is a super great host willing to go above and beyond for our group when we stayed. We had a pretty big group at 16 people, but the place was more than big enough to host us all! The rooms were comfortable and private and the communal space was relaxing and neat. Since we were a large group Javier let us use the downstairs kitchen for are larger dinners and breakfast, and although there are stoves and small kitchenettes in some of the rooms, it very much helped with the amount of food we were making. Javier was also kind enough to show us around the island, provide us a tour guide to visit Las Grietas (which was cheaper than paying the entrance fee) and recommended us restaurants and food options around the Airbnb. Overall there is no place I would rather have stayed while in Santa Cruz, get this Airbnb especially if you have a large group, it is affordable and comfortable!

Javier (host) was the best part about our stay. His kindness and amazing hospitality made us feel right at home. His breakfasts and freshly made coffee just took the stay here to another level. The place is nice and close to downtown Santa Cruz. Highly recommend! It is also very very safe.

Really excellent everything. Below was very attentive to coordinate my arrival, he welcomed me kindly and his apartment is impeccable. Everything is clean, working and very well-equipped. Enrique Veronica and Javier were excellent host during our stay for the week. Not only did we have breakfast every morning exactly when we asked there was a variety of different items that were served. Additionally, Veronica helped out immensely with tours and even getting our laundry done. We would highly recommend this location and in future trips we will stay again. Thank you, Veronica and Javier.

This is a great find! although there were renovations, the host was very accommodating to work around it. Veronica and Javier absolutely made this AirBnB one of the best I've ever stayed in! William was a recommended driver direct from the host and he was also worth his weight in gold! Bikes were provided along with helmets and the Port is within 10 minutes walking. I loved everything about our stay and we will definitely return!

Great place to stay in Puerto Ayora. In a quiet area and just a short walk to all the hustle and bustle of downtown.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Javier was always available to help and was incredibly accommodating and kind. The place was very secure and safe and an easy walk to all activities on the island. Especially close to the trail of Tortuga Bay. Highly recommend.

What an open peaceful space! The porch was spectacular and we spent a lot of time sitting out there. It was an easy walk to almost anything. The AlMar restaurant was a three minute walk with delicious food and drinks as well as being right on the water. We loved how open and airy the space was and the air conditioning was much appreciated especially for sleeping! Thank you to Matthew for meeting us and answering all our questions!
