The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Luis was friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay including the kitchen where you can cook, etc.., and the living room with a nice couch and a tv with Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with a shared small bathroom. The bathroom might be a little small if you are a tall person since the toilet space is kind of small, I would say if you’re 6 feet or taller you may have issues with the toilet, other than that, the space is nice overall and it’s what I expected for what we paid.

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

the place is as described, well located, clean, Edith is u very attentive and attentive to what we needed and also made us excellent recommendations to know places in the City, it has a very nice garden and the stay is a cozy place, I would stay in this place again!

We enjoyed this apartment! Rodrigo, again, was an attentive and friendly host! It was spacious and the porch was perfect with such a beautiful view and yoga area! The apartment was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Walkable to every where you’d need to go. It has a full kitchen (along with necessary equipment) and bathroom was a good size. Big closet space. The AC/Fan/Heater throughout the apartment. Definitely would stay there again

My boyfriend and I stayed at Guadalupe's place for 5 days and it was excellent. It's got everything you need in a great home and is clean, beautifully decorated, in a wonderful, walkable location and was safe and cozy. Guadalupe helped arrange us a car to the airport, and was helpful, responsive and thoughtful with any small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Gigi’s. Gigi was an exceptional host. She was very cordial and maintained constant communication with us, provided great recommendations and had been the best host I’ve ever dealt with using AirBnB. Will definitely stay at any here again.

Easy to arrive accessible place, very well located very close to important places in the city

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

I had a cosy and relaxed stay at Anahi's place. There's a great terrace to watch the sunset and it's within walking distance of the center of town. The space itself was perfectly comfortable and I was able to work from there in the mornings. Anahi was responsive right away every time, so we worked out dropping my bags there early at checkin and we managed a late checkout. Go and have a comfortable time at Anahi's!

Excellent place

A beautiful, clean, spacious house, spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds and the main one with a beautiful view... I agree that one of the best parts is the terrace, and the only thing is the steep street that there is for the arrival, in our stay we had no problems with the dogs that they mention in other comments, a super detail the bottle of Mezcal, the complimentary drinks on the terrace and the coffee that is delicious!

The house is very beautiful, modern, functional, safe and minimalist in its decoration. The photos of the place are not photoshoots like other Airbnbs, which was fantastic, no unpleasant surprises! All appliances work and are modern. Everything was clean and tidy. The car entrance has an automatic gate, which is super efficient. As it is surrounded by garden, the birds are heard, which is beautiful and at night you see many stars (which is a delight for those of us who come from the city :-) The area is quiet, it's about 20 minutes from downtown by car. The neighbors are friendly and help as good neighbors (very nice experience). Helena is a super host, she helps a lot and is a sweetheart. I highly recommend this place!

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Miss Mariana was very kind at all times and was always aware of any situation that might arise. The apartment is comfortable, cool and very quiet; no noise is heard, which allows you to rest perfectly. We only use it for sleeping, and it did very well with that purpose. It is located a few blocks from downtown, which makes it very easy to access. The only thing to note is that on the corner there is a bus station, so caution should be exercised when walking around that area due to transportation transit. It's definitely a place I recommend. Quiet place, Andrea is always friendly and attentive in communication. A little tiring to go up because it's on the 4th floor, but nothing that will bother you. Comfortable, safe.

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.
