Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Convenient location; cozy atmosphere; handy; rustic decoration; guaranteed hospitality. 700 meters (10 minutes walk) away from Santo Domingo Church; 1.12 Km from Zocalo and 500 meters from Guelaguetza Auditorium. Please CONSIDER it is uphill, just a slight incline but it might be exhausting for some. Make sure this is the place you are looking for. I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.
