Condo holiday rentals in Oaxaca

My wife and I stayed at Edgar's place for seven nights during the Day od the Dead festivities. Edgar is a very nice host, always there if you need him. His place is very nice and roomy with a full kitchen, nice dining area and living room with TV and Netflix. The bedroom is very big and the beds are comfortable. The place is very well located near local markets, the zocalo where many of the activities were held and the Place of the Danza where many other activities were held. Many of the important churches were nearby. Everything was in walking distance. It is a very convenient location. We had a great time in Oaxaca and we recommend Edgar's place to whoever wants to visit this interesting area. Thank you Edgar. Mike.

Super convenient place

Ricardo’s place was very walkable and we didn’t need a car. The instructions were so easy to use and Ricardo was very responsive! Enjoy a stay here in beautiful Oaxaca!

The truth was great. I liked it very much, especially that they were very attentive. Close to the area there is everything.

Very quiet stay, close to Centro by car and always very sloping Salvador. The check in instructions were very clear and we felt safe, we always had hot water, Wifi and access to the car. No doubt when we return to Oaxaca we would stay at Casa Nogui again.

Excellent accommodation, highly recommended. The area is family-friendly and very accessible

Rafael’s place was lovely—spacious and just as pictured. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, but we didn’t mind the distance. We used the Didi app for transportation, which was both affordable and convenient. Rene was very responsive to our questions, and though there was a brief issue with the water supply, it was promptly addressed. Overall, we had a great experience.

Loved staying here. Felt private, yet close to the main hub of centro. Great WiFi, weekly cleaning service (I stayed for one month), and a very responsive host. I had a very nice stay here. 🙂

A great place to enjoy your vacation with your friends or partner, with everything you need to make your stay a comfortable, safe and quiet time. It is located just a few blocks from the center of the capital and with many options nearby for eating and having fun. Communication is excellent always attentive to your needs and with excellent recommendations. As an extra it has internal parking space for ease and safety. Highly recommended!

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Zócalo, downtown, and all the main tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and very private, making it ideal for getting work done or simply relaxing. The house itself is beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommended for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet, centrally located sanctuary in the heart of the city. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It is a very nice apartment with everything you need to spend comfortably with the family. Xoxocotlán is a very picturesque village and very close to the center of Oaxaca (10 minutes).

Wonderful place to stay, felt very safe and welcoming. We travelled with our infant and would definitely stay here again!

This place was unreal. Kitchen was massive, views of the ocean. Pool area was quiet and perfect. Miss it already
