The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Luis was friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay including the kitchen where you can cook, etc.., and the living room with a nice couch and a tv with Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with a shared small bathroom. The bathroom might be a little small if you are a tall person since the toilet space is kind of small, I would say if you’re 6 feet or taller you may have issues with the toilet, other than that, the space is nice overall and it’s what I expected for what we paid.

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

We enjoyed this apartment! Rodrigo, again, was an attentive and friendly host! It was spacious and the porch was perfect with such a beautiful view and yoga area! The apartment was in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Walkable to every where you’d need to go. It has a full kitchen (along with necessary equipment) and bathroom was a good size. Big closet space. The AC/Fan/Heater throughout the apartment. Definitely would stay there again

My boyfriend and I stayed at Guadalupe's place for 5 days and it was excellent. It's got everything you need in a great home and is clean, beautifully decorated, in a wonderful, walkable location and was safe and cozy. Guadalupe helped arrange us a car to the airport, and was helpful, responsive and thoughtful with any small issues we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Muy cómodo y accesible, una estancia muy agradable

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien cuidada, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La alberca siempre estuvo a una temperatura perfecta, ideal para relajarse en cualquier momento del día. Gigi fue una anfitriona increíble, siempre atenta y al pendiente de cualquier detalle, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor—sin duda, una de las mejores (si no la mejor) que hemos tenido en Airbnb. La ubicación es muy conveniente: aunque no está en pleno centro, en coche hacíamos máximo 15 minutos para llegar. Definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Súper recomendado!

What a lovey spot for our family to gather and have a home base as we explored Oaxaca. It was perfect for us and we loved our time there. Mariana was helpful in her recommendations and there was never a need to contact her during our stay as the home provided everything we needed. It was also so very nice to have Raquel to clean for us and Efrain to manage the pool and outdoor spaces. We highly recommend this spot for travel to Oaxaca.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr niedlich mit vielen lustigen Winkeln und Räumen. Besonders hat uns die Terasse auf dem Dach gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und zwischen dem Zentrum und dem schönen Viertel Barrio de Jalatlaco. Ausserdem ist ein Top italienisch Restaurant (Dassani) und ein wünderschönes Katzen Kafe (La Selva De Los Gatos) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Bett war bequem und der Ventilator leise genug. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation und super Service. Gratis Trinkwasser vorhanden! Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil: die Wohnung ist sehr ringhörig. Wir konnten nicht nur die Nachbarschaft sondern auch bellende Hunde und vorbeifahrende Autos sehr gut hören.

Excelente lugar

Una casa hermosa, limpia, amplia, las recámaras amplias las camas muy cómodas y la principal con una vista bellísima… coincido en que una de las mejores partes es la terraza, y el único pero es la calle empinada que hay para la llegada, en nuestra estancia no tuvimos problemas con los perros que mencionan en otros comentarios, un súper detalle la botella de Mezcal, las bebidas de cortesía en la terraza y el café que está buenisimo!

La casa es muy bella, moderna, funcional, segura y minimalista en su decoracion. Las fotos del lugar NO estan photoshopeadas como en otros Airbnbs, lo cual fue fantastico, nada de sorpresas desagradables! Todos los electrodomesticos funcionan y son modernos. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La entrada de auto tiene porton automatico, lo cual es super eficiente. Como esta rodeada de jardin, se escuchan los pajaros, lo cual es bello y a la noche se ven muchas estrellas (lo cual es un deleite para los que venimos de la ciudad :-) El area es tranquila, esta alrededor de 20 minutos del centro en auto. Los vecinos son amistosos y ayudan como buenos vecinos (muy linda experiencia). Helena es una super anfitriona, ayuda mucho y es un encanto. Super recomiendo este lugar!

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

La señorita Mariana fue muy amable en todo momento y siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier situación que pudiera surgir. El departamento es cómodo, fresco y muy tranquilo; no se escucha ruido, lo cual permite descansar perfectamente. Nosotros solo lo utilizamos para dormir, y cumplió muy bien con ese propósito. Está ubicado a unas cuadras del centro, lo que facilita mucho el acceso. Lo único a tomar en cuenta es que en la esquina hay una estación de autobuses, así que se debe tener precaución al caminar por esa zona por el tránsito de transportes. Lugar tranquilo, Andrea siempre amable y atenta en la comunicación. Un poco cansada subir porque está en 4to piso, pero nada que molestará. Cómodo, seguro.

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.
