Villa is on the west coast of Sardinia in Santa Caterina Pittinuri. The place is exceptional. Stunning wide view of the sea, the mountains, the surrounding landscape. Huge garden. Silent area. Parking on the property. Sea is 5 minutes walk distance! A market is 150 meters far; restaurants, pizzerie in the area. Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

L'alloggio si trova a Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, in prossima della bellissima scogliera di surri e sa ida, a circa 300 m dal mare, a circa 1 km 1/2 dall'arco di Sarchittu. Sito in una zona tranquilla, adatto per chi vuole veramente riposarsi, godersi il mare e i tramonti spettacolare. L'appartamento è di circa 60 m2, luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza. L'arredamento è nuovo, possibilità di pranzare all'aperto, o prendere il sole.
