The property also offers great amenities like the gym and pool. What stood out to me the most was the host's communication style-- always polite, respectful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Great place! We booked it due to our event nearby. Plus points sa parking lot as well. Only disappointment we had is for not staying long. 😅 Will definitely come back again. 💯

Our stay at Shine’s flat was a great experience. The space was neat, compact, and well laid out, with a cozy lofted bed and all the essentials provided—including cooking basics, a rice cooker, and room-darkening curtains for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the clean bathroom with a bidet and the reliable AC and WiFi, which made it easy to relax or get things done. Everything was as described, and it felt like a comfortable home away from home. Best of all, the host was always quick to respond to my questions, which made the stay feel even smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again!

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. It feels really in the country when entered. Especially the smell, very fresh, especially when you're grilling. It's worth it kc you can save on transpo because it's really within meters. Super place and rooms! She's perfect for me especially if I'm really artistic. Exceeded my expectation! Patrick was soo nice and I didn't rush to pay for additional heads. Perfect!

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

So far this is the best unit we've booked so far services and amenities wise. Host was very responsive and helpful, car parking was booked ahead and within the premises, the unit was clean and functional. I appreciate the placements of the appliances as it's so convenient for usage and it's complete down to seasonings for cooking. We enjoyed watching on the projector while sitting on the beanbags as it felt so comfy and homey. They even have a manual printed out for every question/s we may have including local recos which is sooo thoughtful. Speaking of thoughtful, we were even greeted by a sweet written letter from the host and a treat for our furbaby which I appreciate so much and he loved. Only cons for me are the busy elevator and the small cramped balcony but nevertheless, I highly recommend this unit and will definitely book again! Thank you Dani for being an outstanding host.

Remas listing was a great listing for the price, it’s located in makati and has a mall downstairs with a variety of convenient stores like 7-eleven. I booked this listing last minute, as in couple hours before check in and managed to find a place to sleep! will book again! thank you.

Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

Had a great stay. The host is very responsive to messages. Didn't checked before booking and was surprised that the place is developed by DMCI and upon knowing I know it'll be a good building complex, i like DMCI developments :) The sticky notes on key places and appliances are extremely helpful - should be a must to all Airbnb listings. Key electronic appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, tv, wifi, aircon, etc. are available. The toilet papers, fresh towels and free drinking water is a plus. A quiet and peaceful place in my opinion. Also, it's great that there are nearby fast food resto, a convenience store and coffee and milk tea shops. The view from the balcony is just WOW! Would book the place again in the future just because of the balcony and the view from it :D It's a big factor that you can check-in here anytime before the usual 2 or 3pm check-in time (depending if there's no prior booking or if they can accommodate) free of charge.
