The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and the room was really clean. I believe this place has a great view when the building lights are on. I’ll definitely come back during the season when the lights are on.

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Ms. Koleen's place felt like home the moment we stepped in. It was very cozy, which speaks much about her hospitality. Not only did she make us feel welcome in her home, but she also made sure our fur baby was included. A big plus for being a very compassionate host. I super recommend and definitely worth a 5-star rating!

Absolutely loved this space. Beautiful view and comfortable beds. Very clean and spacious. Lots to walk to and a lot of late night spots. Very convenient with grocery store inside mall and bank.

We had an amazing two-day stay at this Airbnb in Makati City - definitely one of the best experiences me and my family have had. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. One minor thing we wished for was a bigger cookware since we cooked a few meals, but everything else was spot on. We’re also very grateful for the host’s flexibility during checkout - we ended up oversleeping (that’s how comfy the place was!) and they were kind enough to adjust. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the city! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great time staying in their Airbnb. The location is great and the building is brand new. The unit is also clean and well decorated. I highly recommend this place when looking for a place to stay in BGC.

I was early for my checkin but the staff let me drop off my luggage while I explored the surrounding area. Very friendly people and very responsive when I had questions.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

Our hosts have been such a delight and their place was exceptionally clean, accurate, and was exactly as described. Hosts have been always prompt with responses and were very accomodating during our stay. My partner and I have been very pleased and for sure will be considering staying in the near future!

The space is safe and secure, and there is a smart cat that knows how to ride the elevator from the top floor to the bottom floor which was very entertaining to watch. You'll need to climb a flight of stairs to the top floor — the elevator does not stop at the penthouse itself. But asides from the entrance into the unit, the unit itself is clean, and a pleasure to stay in. There is also a restaurant attached to the building for some quick eats. It's also very easy to order Grab for any deliveries to this location.

The unit is clean and the minimalist design of it elevated the look of the unit. The wi-fi is fast and the air conditioning is working perfectly. The kitchen has the basic amenities. I love that the unit has a dedicated working area! Very ideal for guests who work from home. The host is responsive and helped with the internet connection when it got disconnected for a bit. It was a great stay overall!

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was exactly as described—if not even better. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the place was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet was incredibly fast, which made everything so convenient. We especially loved the location—surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, everything we needed was just a short walk away. As a bonus, the place is pet-friendly, so our dog got to enjoy the trip with us too. Thanks so much for hosting us—we’d definitely stay again!

Ms. Flowy is a superb host. Instructions for check-in were clearly provided. Quick to respond to any inquiries/concerns even at 4AM early in the morning. The place was really great. Clean, organized, has all the things you want and need, and cozy indeed. Really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone. For sure would book this again in the future.

Place and location was great. Clean and very comfortable bed and pillow. Had an issue at check in when getting my access card due to a mix up in the paperwork with the building’s security team. The host was very good at responding and addressing my frustration at the time. Provided me with a partial refund and even sent someone to ensure I had my needs taken care of. The stay started stressful but thanks to the host, it turned out pretty good all throughout my stay
