Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sant Antoni

The apartment is very good, it is spacious, very comfortable and nice, it is also well equipped and everything is very new, I totally recommend it. The only thing I didn't like were the surroundings, if you have a car to get around it is not much of a problem, but if you don't have the one you probably depend a lot on taking taxis. As for Carl, very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.

We arrived quite late at night to pick up the keys and thank you for being very friendly! The apartment is just in front of one of the best known beaches in the area. We leave enchanted at the time of our return ☺️

Great communication with the host, we received a lot of useful information and needed help during a power outage in Spain. The apartment is very clean, as described, located in a convenient location, close to the metro, bus stop. A short walk to the oceanarium and beaches. Highly recommend!

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

In short, we will be back!

The accommodation is well located a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store right next door, very convenient. The kids enjoyed playing on the square at the foot of the building: small playground and fountains.

Súper airbnb. I did a lot of it and it is by far one of the best equipped, no need to come on vacation with its sugar, salt, olive oil etc.. there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedding is great. The accommodation is pretty and very pleasant to stay in and the residence is very quiet. We'll be happy to go back.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

My parents, who are in their late 60s, stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The place was very comfortable for them, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. The house has everything and more with children , no lack of detail is very well equipped. It is very spacious and very quiet , we will definitely repeat when we travel back to Valencia ! Ariadna super attentive and very careful in giving details of how to move around and to visit and more recommendations. This was an incredible stay, with beautiful terrace views , the apartment was specious, clean, communication great. Overall we had great 7 days and definitely would recommend.

Konstantin was a friendly host who was always in perfect communication, before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a convenient location, right across from the mercado central. Only needed to use the metro, 15 minutes walk away, to get to and from the airport. Beware if you are visiting during the Fallas celebration. The fireworks, firecrackers, explosions, and partying were very loud outside, into early hours of the morning during our stay that was during Fallas. The plaza area outside the mercado central was a destination for Fallas celebrants and there was also a music stage installed for some of the nights of the event. Thankfully, the loud music ended at 22:30 on the nights the stage was active. The firecrackers, fireworks, explosions, and partying however would sometimes go on until 2 or 3am or later. Never got a good night's sleep. This is not to fault the host. Just the reality of Fallas and the apartment location.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

Just back from a stay at Jorge’s apartment, it’s absolutely beautiful and well located for the restaurants in the marina, the views are spectacular everywhere you look from the complex, the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and homely, we would highly recommend this place as Jorge is super responsive and helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at this property. We came to enjoy the roads for beautiful bike rides. The place is quiet, peaceful and perfectly suited for resting after long outings. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in an ideal setting for cyclists, with great roads and little traffic. The host was extremely responsive and very friendly, always available to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The views are beautiful. A pleasure each morning.
