Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Beautiful place to stay in Monticchiello. Clean, tidy, and stocked with everything you need. Located in a great location both for the village where it is located, and to visit the Val d 'Orcia. Free parking within a 5-minute walk. Marco was a kind and polite host and if we return to those areas, we will not hesitate to book again.

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

I stayed at this property during the market period, excellent proximity to them and the various squares, The property seems like home, the kitchen is lovely and special, super clean bathrooms, everything as described, spacious and comfortable bedroom, it was very nice to find the house on two floors, even the comfort area that divides the stairs from the upper part is well placed and beautiful, large master bathroom upstairs and the staircase next to the sink has its charm. Super convenient for the markets, downtown area and to visit various churches. If you are in Arezzo you have to stay here! Super helpful host and always present, it is enchanting.

The view of the valley was beautiful and the apartment was the perfect size for us two! The cooking class was amazing and we really loved the wine tasting at the local wineries as well.

Giacomo is a lovely young man who was kind enough to offer to pick us up and return us to the train station which was greatly appreciated. He was very quick to answer any questions and kindly provided a fan at very short notice. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want if you are going to do some of your own meals. Lovely bathroom great shower and excellent living space. So close to walk a few minutes to the wonderful restaurants, cafe and major sights of Perugia. Ultra quiet inside never heard any noise. Best place to stay in Perugia! Thank you Giacomo

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

We stayed in Pontassieve for an event, which took place in the village, easily accessible on foot. A few meters from the station to easily reach Florence. The apartment is truly equipped with all the comforts of home. I really don't have any notes to do, then the host Caterina is always very helpful, kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The apartment is wonderful and with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Truly perfect!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
