New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

This unique place has a style all its own that has emerged over the five years that we have been rebuilding the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bicycles, kayaks and SUPs (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor life is good. FredrikLars farm at Nordmarksbergs Mansion

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Hit kommer du som gillar naturen och den direkta närheten till sjöns möjligheter med alltifrån bad till fiske. Boendet lämpar sig också för dig som vill övernatta på väg till ditt resmål. Under den kalla årstiden finns oftast möjlighet till vinterbad direkt från den egna bryggan, pimpelfiske och skridskoåkning

Welcome to peaceful Råtorp. Located about 3 km from Karlstad city center. The residence is located on the ground floor with its own entrance. 160 cm bed and a sofa bed with two seats each. Bus stop is 1-2 minutes' walk from the accommodation that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus line also goes all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15-minute walk across the new bridge, you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking space and Wi-Fi.
