Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sankt Peter-Ording

We were with two adults and three children for a short trip to Cuxhaven and had an all-round beautiful time in the cozy cottage. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier and the communication was super friendly and uncomplicated at all times. Everything was fine for us. Here's how to make Airbnb fun! ;-)

The stay was beautiful. The location of the house allows excursions throughout Schleswig-Holstein. You can quickly reach the North and Baltic Seas. The house really has everything to satisfy even the highest demands. You rarely find such a beautiful, tasteful and high-quality furnished accommodation. The two of us felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

The most beautiful & romantic accommodation we have ever been allowed to stay in! :) The small half-timbered house is very idyllically located in the middle of nature. We really enjoyed watching the chickens at breakfast and were even lucky enough to spot a deer :) The kitchen is functionally equipped with the most important things, so you can prepare simple meals. And there are employment opportunities for rainy days. For those with a lighter sleep, I recommend bringing a sleep mask & earplugs, especially in the summer months, as the birds & rooster wake up early & there are no blackout options. The owners are very friendly, dedicated and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful days. We will be happy to come back again!

We were already the third time at Jana's, and it was once again fantastic - exactly according to our needs for peace and relaxation; very nice cottage on an old dike, around it actually only sheep. Very idyllic and beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and spacious and we would happily stay there again.

Staying at Tasja's was really perfect for a few relaxing days. Great amenities, charming and comfortable furnishings, super, even in changeable weather the comfortable sauna, with bathrobes, towels, various infusions and even an associated shower. After the sauna, you can relax on the small terrace. When the weather is nice, the small garden is perfect for breakfast or an hour of reading outdoors. The cottage is equipped with everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and the location of the cottage in the middle of Friedrichstadt is great and also great for excursions to St. Peter Ording or Husum. The soundscape of the crow colony in the trees of Friedrichstadt takes some getting used to. So, all in all, we can absolutely recommend the accommodation.

It was all very straightforward and the location of the house is great. Good connection to the area and directly at the town center.

Everything was really great. The check-in worked wonderfully with a good friend of Max. We felt right at home. Everything you need is there. The centre is easy to reach on foot and in general, a lot can be done on foot or by bike. The communication was great. No matter what questions or how many questions, they were all answered in a friendly manner. We enjoyed it very much.

I had a really nice stay in this idyllic, dreamy house in the middle of nature. Perfect for unplugging. I was particularly enthusiastic about the host's self-painted art. My room and the house are very lovingly furnished. Breakfast is a highlight with homemade bread rolls, fruit, homemade jams, etc. I felt very comfortable here with the tranquility, nature and really great hospitality!

Beautiful apartment, you can reach everything very easily and quickly on foot. The apartment is a good place to sleep for 4 people.

We had wonderful, relaxing days on site. We were positively surprised by the many details in the accommodation, and felt right at home. There was nothing missing, on the contrary, Kalle thought of everything and was a friendly, likeable and relaxed host. The garden was a dream for our two children. Our two dogs also had many opportunities to walk there. We will be happy to come back. 😊

It was all fine! We were greeted very kindly by Dorothee. The apartment is high quality and tastefully decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, everything very clean everywhere, so you feel right at home. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. To the dyke about 10min walk. Working from there was absolutely possible thanks to a good wifi. We felt very comfortable.

Steffi and Tobias' accommodation was clean, beautifully furnished and quietly located. Everything was exactly as described and perfectly prepared. The contact was straightforward and friendly. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time!

We have rarely experienced such a well-equipped space. Everything was really there! We were very enthusiastic about that. Communication with Florian was smooth. The cottage is very idyllically located. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great short stay in the apartment. The house is located in a quiet area, surrounded by meadows with cows and sheep...really idyllic. The kitchen is equipped with everything, the bed is large and comfortable. We didn't miss anything. We can definitely recommend the following excursion destinations: Büsum and St. Peter Ording. Very nice, modernly furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable here. The apartment is well equipped and also the communication with Michel and Johanna was always nice and responded quickly to requests. A special highlight is the private garden. We would definitely visit again!
