Holiday rentals with a sauna in Sankt Johann

The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – exactly as you would like it to be. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Our stay at Markus's was great! For us, the starting point was particularly perfect for our (racing) bike tours and hikes - directly from the front door to the Hochries and Kampenwand. The apartment is wonderfully equipped and a small oasis (the coffee machine makes the start to the day perfect; coffee beans are also available) Thank you :-)

Beautiful, modern accommodation. András welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the accommodation. It was all very clean and the accommodation is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again. The place is definitely recommended.

The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we travelled with small children. Otherwise, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

We were able to book the apartment in the basement (formerly garage) with Andrea for the ski vacation at short notice and were especially pleased about the great location (close to the elevator, but still very quiet). The apartment was as shown in the photos and we found everything we needed, even for cooking. Check in/out was seamless. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We were well received by Petra and Benedict. The shared laundry room and drying room for skis and ski boots offers plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and all necessities were present in the kitchen of the apartment. The advantage of the location is that it is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the valley. The downside is that you depend on your own car or taxi.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything is clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ski bus in front of the door, you can also use the facilities of the hotel. Quiet atmosphere and the apartment has all the comforts. Excellent accommodation with great beds, not a moment regretted our booking!

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen perfectly furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the host!

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

The place is highly recommended! Everything is well-maintained and clean, and you have your privacy when using the sauna or hot tub. Christof gave us a local recommendation & was absolutely right. The food was super delicious! Everything went great and we will definitely come back :)

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage
