Our farm is located in Kirchdorf in Tyrol, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Kaiser Mountains in a quiet location. In winter, you can reach the ski resorts of St. Johann in Tyrol, Kitzbühel and Waidring-Steinplatte within 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Ellmau, Fieberbrunn-Saalbach-Hinterglemm in 20-25 minutes drive. The cozy apartment is located in a great location. Restaurant & shopping are available. In summer, many hiking trails can be reached directly from the property. Lakes, swimming pools, playgrounds, gondolas & downhill possibilities can be reached either by bike or with a short drive. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is right around the house and is accessible by walking. Ski touring or downhill skiing is also reachable within 5 minutes by car.
