In addition to a large living room with leather sofa and 2 armchairs, you also have a spacious balcony. The apartment is located in such a way that you can even hike directly from the house without a car, e.g. into the magic forest. Upon arrival and departure they will be looked after by friendly neighbors.

Enjoy a few nice days in our cozy studio apartment furnished in chalet style with sunny south-facing balcony and Netflix. On the balcony there is a bench as well as a small dining table. Private parking space in the in-house underground parking space. The center can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. The kitchen is brand new and perfect for holidays.
