Condo holiday rentals in Sanibel Island

Jeff & Nicole's condo is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, & the location of the building is perfect. We had a great view of the sunrise from the balcony when we didn't want to walk to the beach. Thank you, Jeff & Nicole for an enjoyable getaway!

Very close to the beach - nice calm location!

The condo was great! It was everything we were looking for. The beach is super close! Even closer than the pictures look! So many shells were found on the beach. Didn’t even need to go to another beach. Went on a private charter recommended by the host and the captain was great! We had dolphins jumping in the boat wake, went to an island only accessible by boat and found SOOOO many shells and the guys fished their hearts out! Truly an amazing vacation! Just note as of June 2024 the island is in construction mode. There was lots of banging as early as 7am! We knew that before we went and weren’t bothered much by it, but if you need all day quite the island isn’t ready for you!

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Exactly as listed in the photos. Perfect for our group of 5 adults. Just enough space that we weren’t on top of one another with good conversation spaces to hangout. The host was extremely responsive via chat. We were at the Sundial for a wedding so we didn’t explore the area much but we would absolutely stay here again.

Paul’s place was excellent, exactly what was advertised. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Neighborhood was quiet. The only negative and this has nothing to do with Paul, was the intersection from the complex and the causeway was very busy with traffic. We would love to stay here again.

We would definitely consider staying here again and tell friends and family about it if they’re ever in Sanibel. It was so helpful to have items available for the beach, as well. The Airbnb was very well put together and welcoming. The only inconvenience was having water shutoff during our stay but we realize it was necessary. it was necessary for the complex. Having Bowman’s beach near by was great!

We had a great stay at Susan‘s place. just walk across the parking lot and you are on the beach. There is lots of construction still going on in landscaping projects to the property. This is understandable considering all the hurricane damage and we knew that the pool was not going to be available prior to our reservation not that we would’ve used it anyway .Susan‘s home was very clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine for whatever kind of meal you wanted to make . She even had beach chairs and shell bags in the extra closet available for our use! There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels also available . The beds were very comfortable. Susan communicated very well with us. We knew that the elevator was going to be down for a couple of days prior to our arrival not her fault just something that happens. We did not use the extra amenity programs that the condo area has for guests. We did use the new Pickleball courts and had a great time🙂We would rent here again

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Cathy provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We'd definitely love to come back again.

Charles was a great and courageous host. Very responsive to my text messages and call. He met us at the location and made sure the home was acceptable to our needs before he left us. The house had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for a month and had a wonderful time. Quiet corner unit, pool was great, beach is beautiful and close enough to walk. Walking paths make it safe. Friendly neighborhood. Super Walmart and Publix very close. Tanya was extremely accommodating, and always available for questions and assistance. We will be back!

This is a beautiful condo and the best AB&B my wife have stayed in. Paul is a great host and has the condo spotless and furnished beautifully. Pool and Hot Tub easy access and other tenants very friendly. We will definitely be back.

I loved this place! We are hoping to stay here again in May. It was just like the pictures but even better. The lake was amazing and it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

This unit is wonderfully located, with a beautiful view of the shore. We usually prepare our b-fast & lunch in, then dinner out. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was great to have all the extras for the beach, chairs, cooler, toys, and umbrellas. We are grateful for a host with perfect communication skills, Thank you for that.

Absolutely beautiful location! As soon as we checked in we walked out on the balcony and saw a family of dolphins playing. The condo is beautiful and cozy and close enough to everything where it’s convenient but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle so it’s peaceful. We had an issue with getting our keypad to work but the host was helpful in telling us what to do to get it to work and we had no issues after that. The ceiling fan in the bedroom is a little noisy, but not terrible. We had an amazing time and we can’t wait to come back. We visit FMB a few times a year and we found our new spot! Thanks for hosting us!! ❤️

This place is perfect for a romantic or honestly any type of vacation. The view is breathtaking and the whole condo is so nice and well taken care of. Every single day we seen dolphins and manatees and even some stingray. I can’t express enough how amazing the view was . This is the best place I’ve stayed at so far along the Gulf. Worth every dollar and I actually think it’s very cheap for what you actually get while there. If your scroll pass this place while searching stop searching and book this place you won’t regret it!

Highly recommend! Gorgeous location and Cindy has this place fully stocked with everything you need for the pool and the beach! She was very responsive whenever I did need anything! Cannot wait to come back very soon!

This stay was great. It was exactly what they said it would be like but unexpectedly we got hit by hurricane Milton, so we only got to stay on the island for two days. I’m hoping that our claim goes through and we are able to get our money back as we could not get back onto the island after the hurricane. Otherwise everybody who helped us was terrific and we really appreciated beautiful place.

We loved our stay here! The hardest decision each day was whether to swim in the pool first or go to the beach. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We were super impressed and found lots to do on the island including the farmers market on Sunday, a drive through the Ding Darling nature preserve, a visit to the shell Museum, Island Pizza for dinner one night and a shaded playground for the kids. What a great week!

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy is the pool that was next to our place was very small and no umbrella for sun protection. The 2nd pool was located in the club house that was about a mile away and that pool wasn’t very big either. Other than that the place was great. Quiet and very spacious

One of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at! Impeccably clean, nice decor and a great location. Just steps away from a beautiful beach and relaxing pool. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Captiva, and we hope to be back one day soon!

Great condo! Came down for a vacation with my two children and my friend and her son; it was great for kids, safe, quiet but with a great pool to swim in.
