House holiday rentals in Sanibel Island

Absolutely recommend this beach home! Easy walk to the beach and pool with beautiful views. Tons of beach supplies like chairs, toys, umbrellas, kites in the garage. Beach was quiet and never busy. The house was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a full week in paradise. Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are comfy. Tons of small details that make it so family friendly (crib, toys, etc). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! We will be back!

The property was amazing and exactly as described. We found the place clean and ready for our stay. Audrey provided clear instructions about the house and amenities as well as local recommendations and was very quick to respond to all our questions. The area is quiet and beautiful and everything you need within a few minutes drive. I would definitely recommend it.

Great stay! Everything from downtown, Sanibel, and the beach were easy enough to access from here. The host were responsive, and didn’t have all the demands that you commonly see from other host. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend we look forward to coming back!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Very great and beautiful place. Much better value than going through the resort itself. Very close to great restaurants and some of the best sunsets in the country. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We would consider this property again.

The house was immaculate. The pool area is amazing. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. Having available pool and beach gear was great to have as well since we flew in. Our hosts were so responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again, and probably for longer next time. Thank you!

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. Well kept, very clean home in a quiet neighborhood with accurate pictures. It has a lovely kitchen, a clean laundry room, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a really nice outdoor patio/lanai area with fun, multi-colored lighting around the pool for nighttime swimming. Check in and out was a breeze. The host promptly answered a question we had about the pool during our stay. The rental is located in a good location with a Publix and Walgreens only five minutes away. We also enjoyed the marina down the road which is open to the public (they have a coffee shop there we loved and enjoyed outdoor seating over drinks and brunch). The pool area, use of the kayaks, and beautiful sunsets were the highlights of our stay.

Our stay here was perfection! From the immaculate home & beautiful furnishings, it had absolutely everything we needed. It was spotless & it was evident the owners didn’t spare a dime with the decor. Amy was quick to respond any time we reached out. It was so peaceful & just what we were looking forward to. Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Excellent stay! Was everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the openness of the inside. Perfect pool. Was able to swim night day & night. Patio was great to sit out in any time of the day or night. Outside patio fans were great. Matthew was helpful & kind. Beds were comfortable. Neighbor was peaceful. Perfect birthday, retirement & anniversary stay for our adult family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Matthew!

Amazing and beautiful house with superb host! Couldn't have asked for a more zen and beautiful place to stay for our family vacation. Got exactly what we wanted and North Captiva is a great place to disconnect. Highly recommend staying at Erin's. Short drive to the beach and restaurants, plenty of activities at the house to keep everyone entertained. Perfect.

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

I can’t rate this place highly enough! Clean and tidy, lovely interior. They really went above and beyond with details and touches. Kitchen is well equipped and even has beach chairs and towels for beach trips which came in handy! Walmart shop just 5mins down the road, has lovely swimming pool and was nice and peaceful. It’s a real gem!
