The best location, period. This very quiet and private one bedroom apartment has paved & shaded parking . Black out rolls on windows. Private courtyard with Gas grill, side burner sink and counter. Kitchenette with Microwave and supplies. 1 block from Publix, 3 from Costco. Walk to FSW College, Barbara B Mann theater & Suncoast Arena. 10 miles to Fort Myers Beach. 17 miles to Sanibel Island . 8 miles to Downtown Fort Myers and just 15 miles to the SWF International Airport. 2 parking spaces.

Poolside elegance!

This enchanting newly renovated ground floor unit is located directly adjacent to the pool. The unit is stylishly appointed with new furniture and original local artwork. Master bedroom with king size bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Open and airy living room with sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Sun filled kitchen with counter stools opens to DR with sliders to the enclosed lanai. W/D off kitchen. Charming guest room with two full sized beds. All this minutes to the beach.

Ready to Enjoy again! 2025: Everything is new!

This vacation rental unit has been totally rebuilt and is now ready to welcome guests again! Nearly everything is new (as of early 2025) and it is likely one of the nicest studio apartments now available on the entire island. Skip the dated condos and hotels and get ready to enjoy this newer, nicer option, located just 1 short block (800 feet) from the sand. As you’ll see from the reviews it had a great track record before the storm, and it’s been rebuilt even better! Enjoy!

Lovely gulf-view unit less than 40 steps to beach, pool or laundry. Master bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds in side room that can be private space. Guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. Living room has a newqueen sleeper sofa. 4 smart TVs, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Private one car garage with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Unit is on 3rd floor with an elevator in close proximity. Completely remodeled with many extras!!
