The farmhouse is divided in 3 apartments, two of which are in the main building (one on the ground floor and the other one on the first level) and the last one is an independent cottage which lies at 20 mt from the main house. La Quercia apartment on the first floor is composed by a typical countryside livable kitchen separated from the living room by a brick arch. The living room is accessorized by the brick fireplace, a couple sofa-bed, LCD tv, and all the typical furniture of a farmhouse. Laterally both on the left and on the right you can find two ample double bedrooms with two bathrooms on each side. The outside garden of 8000 square meters has got an amazing panoramic view overlooking the Lake Trasimeno from side to side and the whole Valdichiana; it's furnished by a grill and a stoned pizza wood oven and a panoramic stoned patio with outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas just beside a big swimming pool surrounded by a roses enclosure and secure parking inside. In addition, for the free use of the guests, a laundry and a little grove of trees with a vineyard and a olive grove in which it's possible to take a walk, free wi-fi connection. Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building.
