Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Beautiful Barn Set In Glorious Devon Countryside

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set within the main courtyard of the old farm, is The Cider Barn. The ground floor living space is open plan, with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Wi-Fi is included, as well as a smart television. The ground floor has two bedrooms; one en-suite with king bed and one with a double bed. There is also the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there is a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.
