Review: Review: We had a fantastic stay at this homely and well-equipped house in the Lake District. Hazel and Brian had thought of everything to make our visit comfortable, from a welcome gift of wine, beers, and even some chocolate for my son, to thoughtful touches like takeaway menus and a guidebook full of local attractions and tips. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having essentials like washing powder for the machine was a real bonus. We also had the pleasure of bumping into Brian one morning. He gave us great tips for a walk around Ennerdale Lake, which we absolutely loved. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

A great little cottage with everything we needed for our stay with friends. Great location for walks etc we walked the coastal path from St bees to Workington then came back later in the evening on the train.

Great Host. Perfect little self contained flat. Would recommend
