Quietly situated away from the road, there is a terrace in front of the house and a split level garden giving views to the sea and across to Whitby. Traditionally furnished, it has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor: a small twin, a triple and double. The comfortable sitting room has an open fire. The Kitchen/dining room is on the ground floor. The bathroom is on the first floor with another loo on the upper floor.
