Colm's place is brilliant - this lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is extremely well cared for in a very convenient location. Despite being located close to the busy Nepean Highway and the trainline it's surprisingly quiet here - we don't hear road or railway noise. It's very convenient for public transport links, retail outlets and some decent places to eat. The house is spacious , very comfortable and well provisioned with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, whether that be long or short term. The description and photographs in the listing are very accurate. Colm is a very nice person who's very responsive. We can recommend Colm's house without any hesitation and would happily stay here again. Thank you for hosting our stay Colm and for making us feel so welcome

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Douglas was excellent from the time of booking through to our arrival, and he provided plenty of helpful local information, including great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The apartment itself was beautiful—bright, spacious, and private, located upstairs with plenty of natural light. It had everything we needed and more: a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, water filter, and all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack, which included freshly ground coffee and a selection of delicious goodies—such a lovely way to start our stay! The location was ideal, close to a vibrant high street with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Getting around was also a breeze, with several public transport options nearby that made our daily travel to the F1 event super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

Great location, so close to cafes and shops, transport and amenities, and it had an off lead dog park just across the road (Kim has some great recommendations for local foodie hotspots and activities). A proper apartment with separate bedroom, definitely well suited for a wide variety of stay lengths, including long stays. Wish i could have stayed there longer.

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Very bright and comfortable and walking distance to shops, beach and parks. Our host Rosie showed warmth, flexibility and responsiveness throughout our stay. The condo is flooded with natural light, has comfy beds and is well appointed, although it could use some general maintenance work to keep up with wear and tear. However when we let Rosie know of our concerns she went above and beyone to make things right. Overall we loved the place and would definately stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Vinola’s townhouse! Very large place with high end finishes! We loved being close to the Brighton Beach boxes and enjoyed looking out at the beautiful view from the living area.

We immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully appointed and always completely clean, spacious, and functional. Its design is ideal, and the furniture is comfortable and practical. The balcony and its furnishings provide a genuinely nice touch and lend an additional opportunity for relaxation. The full-size refrigerator, toaster, washer, and dryer are real assets and allow us to live there like we do at home. The pantry space is perfect and the apartment well stocked. The building is modern, quiet, clean, and secure. A unique feature is the easy and immediate access to a large Cole’s grocery store. The Brighton location is wonderful. The train to Flinders Street lies a short walk away, as do Landcox Park and the beach. Many shops, cafes, and restaurants lie nearby. Jill makes us feel very much at home and well cared for. We enthusiastically give Jill’s apartment our very highest recommendation—we cannot imagine better!

What a gem! If this place is available grab it! Walking distance to the beach, Elwood and St. Kilda. Bus right outside the apartment, short walk to the 16 and 96 tram from St. Kilda. The apartment overlooks the canal and is quiet and tranquil.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Michelle’s palm apartment was lovely. The amenities inside were just right, we didn’t want for anything. Bed very comfortable and linen nice and soft. Quiet location. Tiny balcony but enough to get some air. The dishwasher and washing machine great and the communal tumble dryer right round the corner in the flats was only $3 for 1 hour! Lovely coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Lovely toiletries in the shower and water pressure great. We would highly recommend the apartment, Michelle was responsive and very polite and kind. Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
