This beautiful little cottage is located on the outskirts of the village and has a large, permanently fenced property (about 1500 sqm), ideal for families, dog owners and nature lovers. The cozy little semi-detached house in the street village of Langenleiten in the Bavarian Rhön is located on a quiet village street at the foot of the Kreuzberg in an enchanting landscape. Great for hikers and bikers at any time of the year. The neighborhood is home to villagers with children, pets, chickens, horses and cows. There is a small supermarket with a café in the village. And a playground. Local artists exhibit objects on the Kunstanger on the village street.

The cottage was newly renovated & stylishly furnished in 2022 and is located in the middle of the Haselbach holiday park. On beautiful days, you can look forward to a view from the house up to 100 km into the distance - in any case, here you have a great view of the Kreuzberg - exit "Kanonenrohr". You also have direct view of the Kreuzbergschanze from our terrace. (Skisprungschanze Kreuzberg- Haselbach) and a footpath of about 15 minutes leads directly there.

Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.
