Wonderful apartment, great location, parking lot

A warm welcome to our stylish new apartment in Bamberg. Located right at the Michelsberg with its wonderful church and former monastery and close to the Konzerthalle it is only a 10min walk to the old town. At the same time our newly build house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and in the middle of nature. From the apartment you have direct view into our garden with its old trees. Close to the city and part of nature. Big plus in Bamberg if traveling by car: Your parking lot is on our property.

Our farm is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve in the quiet outskirts of Sandberg on a 7,000 sqm plot. The Fulda flows directly through our farm and invites children to splash and play. In 1998, the former farm was completely renovated, with great attention to detail. In the garden you will find sun loungers, hammocks, barbecue area as well as a frog pond and a children's play area with swing and stilt house so enough space to relax and unwind.

Our apartment is quietly and idyllically located 2 km from Oberbach. In 4 km distance in Wildflecken is a supermarket, in the village Oberbach the information center with a nice cafe and for the physical well-being a pizzaria. Hiking trails go directly from us to the beautiful Kreuzberg or to the nearby hiking huts. Mountain bikers are also welcome. Those who love peace and nature are in very good hands with us. The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021.
