Holiday rentals with a patio in San Vicente del Raspeig

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

Enjoyable place. More residential so not much around to walk to, even though under 10minutes to bus station. Grocery store right around corner. Unfortunately there was unit remodel directly across the hall and construction going on all day, nothing during quiet hours but started back up at 830am. Host had no control over this but communicated well during process. Ivan provided all the necessities for living, even laundry pods which hasn’t been common on other rentals. The bathroom did have a bit of sewage smell, but freshener helped. AC and fans are great touch in warmer days. For the price, definitely worth it.

Very quaint outside, clean and modern inside. Great terrace. Good shower. Communication and service excellent. Enter straight into good kitchen. Turn right to sitting area (not really a lounge - no TV and seating is not "loungable"). Used it as storage area for day packs, shoes etc. Bathroom off the seating area. Toilet itself is a bit awkward, you have to sit at an angle. Up three steps to the bedroom (YOU HAVE TO DUCK). Bedroom great but very low ceiling with beams. Bedroom has the TV. Height to beams is 1.84m and to celing 1.9m. I am 1.86m so had to stoop. Patio doors from bedroom to terrace (YOU HAVE TO DUCK AGAIN). Terrace is great but overlooked by a viewing point (didn't bother us). Some noise from the flat above but nothing excessive. We were allowed to drop our bags early and had change of towels and sheets for our 8 night stay. Overall a very good experience but this place is not for anyone with ambulatory problems, you have to be reasonably fit and mobile.

This place has incredible beds, easy ground floor access from the street, free parking right outside, a cute design, and is squeaky clean. The kitchen had almost no tools and supplies. The friendly and sincere host is promising to upgrade so if the kitchen matters (and it should as nothing is open in winter in Novelda) then please check with him to confirm the additions before you book. Novelda is great. In February it’s mostly closed up but the casa museo moderniste, the nearby tourist information (in another lovely space), the close by church, San Pedro Apóstol, the plaza Espanol are lovely. The Casino is great for a look and a drink. In my opinion, the modernist museum is not to be missed. The Parque d’Oeste has modernistic features mostly near the entrance and it worth a visit. And there is a church and castle about 10 minutes outside of town, well worth the visit. The church is also modernist, built by a follower of Gaudi. It’s amazing.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Great accommodation! Close to the tram that goes to Alicante and close to a nice beach. The apartment was super nice with a good pool and barbecue area. The host was super quick to respond to messages and was helpful. Great!

We had an amazing weekend! The house is perfect and has everything, plus with the pool and barbecue you don't even need to leave. Ideal for spending a few days with friends. Our stay went very well. At the reception, a few small touches were nice. Very clean, pleasant, quiet. Elisa is responsive to massages, we have nothing to complain about.

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Jesús was an amazing host- very attentive and kind- we accidently locked ourself out the apartment at 23:00 and he came straight away! The apartment was amazing, it had everything we needed and the view was stunning from the roof top. There is a pool 2 minutes walk away, a lovely restaurant opposite and a beach very near. The tram is very accessible to get into Alicante town and runs quite late. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone (we were a group of 7, 19 year olds)! Pictures are very accurate and it was very clean. Thank you Jesús!

We had great holiday! really enjoyed Maria's house, beautiful and spotless clean, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our stay (we were offered clean towels and sheets, as we stayed longer) . A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

Great place to stay!! You'll feel right at home There was nothing missing. It's equipped with everything you need at home I would do it again!

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to buy. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. There were many great local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We highly recommend his apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
