Appartamento accogliente e funzionale nel cuore di San Teodoro, perfetto per coppie, famiglie o piccoli gruppi. Situato al primo piano, dispone di due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una singola), un bagno con bidet e una zona giorno luminosa e climatizzata. La zona living è dotata di Wi-Fi, Smart TV da 32”, tavolo da pranzo, fornelli, forno e macchinetta del caffè Lavazza A Modo Mio. All’esterno potrai rilassarti nella veranda privata con tavolo, ideale per colazioni o cene all’aperto.

Surrounded by greenery it offers the scents of typical Mediterranean vegetation combined with the sea breeze. The villa is located in a quiet street in San Teodoro a few minutes from the beach (8 minutes on foot) and the center with access to all services. The house is on one level and has large outdoor areas equipped.The house is developed on one level with large open spaces.

La suite e’ situata nel comprensorio di Monte Contros a Porto San Paolo, dal quale si gode di una vista panoramica sul mare. La suite è formata da una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato e un giardino curato nel quale è situata la vasca idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. L’alloggio è totalmente indipendente. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato per creare un'esperienza visiva pura, priva di distrazioni, che induce una sensazione di relax immediato come in un’oasi di pace.

Wir vermieten unser kleines aber stilvolles Gästehaus im Norden Sardiniens inmitten der wunderschönen Gallura, fernab vom touristischen Trubel der Küstenstädte. Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
