We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

Our experience in Sardinia began in the best way. We stayed in this wonderful apartment. Brand new, very clean and super equipped with every comfort you may need. The house is located near the sea in a very well-kept, quiet and pleasant and welcoming neighborhood. The soko surroundings consist of some of the most beautiful places in Sardinia and can be reached in a few minutes. Cherry on the cake was the welcome from Host Virginio. Beautiful, friendly and welcoming person, always available and who has supported us by giving us valuable advice on how to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back as what we found in this place is priceless. Extremely recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly welcomed by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again for that! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. At the last section of the beach we also had our dog with us, which seems no problem there. Often we were even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

My friend Giorgia and I had a great time! Martina and her whole family hosted us as if we were part of it. Communication with Martina was always very quick and helpful right away. Martina is very kind and helpful, for any need she will always be present. We felt welcomed and if we return to the area we will definitely choose your residence again. House located a few kilometers away from Budoni and reachable in about ten minutes by car. Flawless accommodation, everything as advertised. Carlo was always very kind and helpful in responding to requests. Highly recommended

We stayed at the property for 12 days with our two children. We felt very comfortable there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the sea every morning at breakfast. The garden was also great for the boys to play in.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this lovely apartment in Sardinia. The location is perfect – right between the center of Budoni and the beautiful Salamandra beach. Just a few steps from the apartment there’s a bakery run by a lovely lady and a grocery store – incredibly convenient! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. It’s spacious enough for a family of four, but for the two of us it was absolutely perfect and very comfortable. Marina was incredibly welcoming and helpful – she greeted us with open arms and gave us great tips on what to do in this part of the island. Communication was smooth, and both check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We’d love to come back in a few years, highly recommended 😊

We spent a week in Sara's home. The house is in a perfect location, beach and downtown is walkable. It was super clean and fresh. We had asked for towels and linens in advance and that was neatly ready, the beds were even made when we arrived. It was very nice communicating with Sara, it was even possible to check in earlier. Due to Easter and low season, many activities and restaurants were closed unfortunately. Sara gave us some nice tips on what we could do in the area. Tip, make sure you have a rental car so you can visit other places as well. There are super many beautiful beaches in the area but these can only be reached by car.

Maria is a great host. She always responded quickly and gave us a lot of good local recommendations. Check in was easy and flexible. The place was not in the center but in a nice neighborhood where it is quiet, easy to park, and still a quick drive to everywhere. The appartment is very comfortable and well furnished. We felt ar home.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with a partial view of the port (but which was not important to us) with a large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbour and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is an excellent co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good eater and we recommend this accommodation!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
