The hotel offers a serene environment with greenery visible from the windows, thanks to its well-kept garden. It's peaceful and quiet, making guests want to return. The location is convenient, close to the night market, stores, laundry, and the old town. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and easy to move around. Despite being near a garden, I didn’t see any bugs or mosquitoes during my stay. The sturdy furniture adds to the comfort. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool without being too cold. Thoughtful details like phone stands, outlets on both sides of the bed, keychain hooks, light-blocking curtains, and laundry space in the bathroom made the stay comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low, but the hot water stayed stable. The kitchen table was spacious and easy to use. Communication with the host was excellent. The host was quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating my husband, who has a limp, even though our request was difficult.

I would love to visit here next time again. Accommodation was perfect. It has may facilities, kids friendly, and well maintained. Swimming pool was epic! Clean and calm, kids love to go everyday. Central festival was just across the bridge, recommend for staying with kids definitely!

집 인테리어나 수영장 등은 사진 그대로 너무 좋았어요. 호스트도 친절하셨습니다. 또, 주변에 공원이랑 마켓이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만, 음식점이랑 카페 및 편의점 같은 편의시설이 좀 멀리 떨어져 있기 때문에 편의시설이 중요하신 분이면 이 부분은 고려하고 이용하셔야 할 것 같네요. 귀여운 강아지들도 있고 조용한 곳을 좋아하시는 분이면 추천드립니다.👍

趁着寒假，带孩子又去清迈待了两周，这次我们选择了the one condo。Rita的这套公寓一尘不染，客厅有一张沙发床，有时早上我煮粥煮面也非常方便。小区还有中文客服，可以订水送到房间，还有接送机服务和上门泰式按摩。从阳台就可以到滑梯泳池，对面还有乐高室和健身房。小区每天还有班车去各个超市和景点。因为要回家过年，不然真想多住几天呢。

Great stay! The house was clean when we check in, located in a quiet and safe area. Loved the easy check in and good communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place!!! Better than the photos! The amazing house provides a relaxing atmosphere. We can play together in the large living room while having our own space when sleeping. The courtyard with the swing is well-trimmed. The chicken coop on the side is cute! Lovely experience!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Chiang Mai!

这是一栋非常舒适的房子，四间卧室和三间浴室的设计非常适合一家人或者朋友一起出行入住。房子的空间非常宽敞，装修简约又温馨，让人一走进来就有回家的感觉。 楼下有一间带独立卫生间的卧室，对长辈或者行动不便的人来说非常方便。楼上有三间卧室，其中两间共用一个卫生间，主卧带有独立浴室，非常适合家庭成员之间保持一定的私密性。 社区环境也很棒，有24小时安保，让人住得很安心。还有一个小型健身房和半个篮球场，早晚运动一下很舒服。 整体来说，这是一次非常满意的住宿体验，房东也非常热情、细心，入住过程顺利无比。下次来一定还会再住这里！

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Amy check in instructions are very clear and easy to check in. So handy that property is within a couple of minutes walk from the Central Festival shop centre. The facilities are great, I enjoy the gym and swim pool. And the place is very secure, clean and convenient.

i booked 3 different rooms in the same complex for myself, sister and parents. my host's room is the best compared to others. 1.washing machine. it is super easy to do laundry every few days not bring it to first floor( it has communal washing machines) 2. 4 of big towels. they offered enough towel so i can easily use swimming pool and gym by not doing laundry everyday. 3. nice mattress topper. it is a bit firm but i prefer it... super comfortable to me( if someone prefer soft mattress, better put some fluffy blanket on the topper Overall, it is close to 7-11, central festival( lots of eateries) and had huge swimming pool, gym( a bit small) and walk track( my father loved it) only downside is that a noisy chinese family guests had lived for a week, I couldn't help but waking up between 1am and 2am couple of times. door has not a good sound proof. i have lived here for a month and i felt like living home.

I stayed at this lovely apartment for three weeks. The building is HighSo and the neighbourhood is nice and close to the Uni. Furnishings are nice, especially the sofa and big TV. A couple of small repairs were required when I arrived but these were dealt with promptly. I'd be happy to stay at this home again. Thanks.

A small but peaceful and cosy apartment in a great condominium! We felt very at home here and the location was perfect for us - peaceful surroundings and a nice walk to 7-11 and Central Festival mall and with a scooter only a 15min ride in to the old town. Thinnakorn is a great host, helpful and communicated well, responding quickly.

The condo exceeded our expectations—it was in excellent condition and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The location is unbeatable. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return

II stayed here for a couble of day and I absolutelyloved it. It's clean and spacious with a few basic kitchen stuff if you want to cook. The location of condo is very good . It's in Nimman Area so I can walk to the shop and restaurant near by very easy. There's 24/7 security so I felt safe throughout my stay. Definitely recommend this place and will come back again.
