Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Sai District

Jedyod was by far one my favorite Airbnb stays and my group is fairly picky. The place was so aesthetically pleasing. Like IG picture perfect. The location was great. Lots of small shops to get anything you’d need from. Close to the mall. Like a 3 minute scooter ride. Linens were clean and white. Bath rooms were also clean. Loved it. Will be back absolutely. 🔥🔥🔥

This is the second time in Chiang Mai and the previous experience of staying at one of the hosts Nimman was excellent.There were a lot of people coming over this time, and the host recommended this pool villa.Upscale atmosphere, comfortable and cozy.Extra large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the pool, there is a small river next to the barbecue area, it is not very hot at night, and it is very comfortable to sit outside.The community is very quiet, and there is no noise from the airplane. Before I stayed at Nimman Road, the lack of the United States is the airplane noise, but in fact, it is only ten minutes by car here.There is karaoke, billiards, staying here doesn't feel like having to go out, but because of the schedule, you can only stay two days in Chiang Mai.Highly recommended!Will come again!

We loved staying at the Chiangmoi Oasis. It was the exact relaxing environment we needed before a busy wedding weekend. Pia was very communicative, accommodating and helpful in getting us acquainted to the area. We cannot wait to come and stay at Pia's place again soon! Thank you Pia 😊 🙏🏻

I stayed with 4 people, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness, facilities, and things to do inside.

Very comfortable stay, comfortable garden environment, good bedding. The tatami was thoughtfully arranged for the children. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire stay. Especially the lounge chair in the master bedroom, it's great for lying down and doing photo editing! It's convenient to go everywhere nearby, quiet in the middle of the city. The sound of the plane was okay, not very affected, the kid was so happy. Daily cleaning was done in a timely manner. It's really great. I'll come back again👍🏻 next time. Recommended to friends! It feels like staying at a friend's house, very well taken care of!

a great little place in a really good location. it has a fun bohemian feel, good vibe and so much to do in the area that you can walk to. we had lots of fun just exploring the city on foot from here. little private yard for sun bathing and a spa tub built into the outdoor deck were a nice relaxing spot to cool off in.

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

I stayed for 3 nights, and the host staff were all so friendly and the pool was secluded, so it was nice. Even though it was a wooden building, there were no bugs indoors to see if it was well disinfected, and it was so nice to have mosquito incense like a home keeper and an air conditioner in every room. If you're traveling with 3 or more people, I highly recommend it.

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

A very beautiful villa with spacious and bright rooms. The kitchen appliances are complete. The swimming pool is very clean. I spent a pleasant time with my friends there.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

The house was even better than the pictures and description. We loved waking up and having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the valley. And evening tea doing the same. The kids had lots of room to play. And lots do in the area if you like the outdoors. Pongkuna was a great host and responded very quickly to our questions when we had them. We would highly recommend staying here and will stay again when we are in the area.

Some reviews of this place complained about the long (20 min) road up the mountain to access the location. I disagree with these people. I think the road leading up to the airbnb is absolutely stunning, well maintained, and was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Riding up and down that road everyday with those incredible jungle and mountain views was great. It is paved all the way, with only minor pot holes - so you can definitely do it with a scooter. I'd recommend 150cc or more because parts are quite steep. The airbnb itself in located on a resort-like place with many buildings. The rooms were spotless. Obviously, communication was a little bit of an issue - but I would not expect people in Thailand to speak English, as we are visitors in their country. The staff were great and we always managed to find a way to communicate. They took good care of us. When I came, during April, it place was basically empty, which was nice. Burning season" is low season I guess.

We enjoyed our time at Absolute Thai Hillside villa. We rented 2 villas for our group. This villa was very cozy and charming. Staying in December there was no need for AC but it was an option. Keeping in mind that this is in rural Thailand the simple amenities are appropriate. Additionally, the compound grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed swinging on the swings, exploring the grounds, taking lots of pictures and enjoying dinner at the large communal kitchen. there's not much within walking distance (a few mom-n-pop type stores), but a 7-11 is a short drive and plenty to explore in this area (check out mok fa waterfall nearby). The property care takers were very helpful addressing any issues and giving suggestions on what to do.

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~
