Holiday rentals with a pool in San Sai District

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Great stay, would definitely recommend

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

Communication was very smooth, the house was as complete as the pictures, the space was large and comfortable, my family and I had a wonderful holiday here, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the water.Recommended for family travel.

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

It is a very nice villa, but need to go by car, there is a food market around,, can buy very authentic Chiangmai things, this place is suitable for a group of friends to go for a quiet getaway and enjoy life

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Nimman 1, Maya Mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony has a magnificent mountain view.The owner replied quickly and communication was smooth.The owner was happy to allow a late check-out for a temporary reason.Neighbors are friendly and quiet.There is renovation during the stay, and there is sometimes noise during working hours, which is unavoidable.The balcony door has a screen, it's sealed, but you can still hear the plane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back if I have the chance. We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

Staying at Nicha’s Airbnb was like stepping into a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of a vibrant city. this was one of the most beautiful and comfortable airbnb we've stay at! apartment looks exactly like photos with beautiful lighting. everything was perfect, comfortable. location is just 2 min walk beside maya mall and easily walkable to nimman area for great restaurants, markets, cafes and bars. the host were also super responsive to any requests! overall we had a really pleasant experience :)

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chandra Residence. Shanee and Uli were the most wonderful hosts, always available to help and assist with everything. Location is just outside of Chiang Mai, in a very peaceful setting. Home itself is very large and has all needed amenities. Getting food delivered, transportation, massages in the property or a private chef experience was as simple as asking for it. Shanee and Uli truly have something very special in there. I don't think I will be staying anywhere else if back to Chiang Mai.

What a great place for a big group. Lots of beds, space and fun little pool in a great location. Yes you can hear planes go over between 7am and 11pm but that would happen anywhere in the happening town of Nimman. The daily breakfast and clean doesn't happen anymore as per previous older reviews. Cleaner comes every 2nd day and does a great job. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa. It was comfortable for 5 adults and 2 children. Quiet, private, excellent neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, laundromat, 7-11, grocery store, nail salons- all within walking distance. The hosts were so lovely, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. The place was cleaned every morning by 1 or 2 lovely staff who also brought breakfast. The pool was refreshing in the afternoon heat and kept the kids entertained, plus a beautiful lounge area around the pool for relaxing. The location is not far from the old city either- less than 10 min red truck ride to the Tha Phae Gate. Thank you Kat and Bobby for these wonderful accommodations.
