Beach house holiday rentals in San Remigio

We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

Fantastic location next to the sea with a beautiful garden to relax in. The room is very comfortable with fan and AC and there’s a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Motorcycles are available to rent for a very reasonable price and Lucy is a very helpful host and very kindly gave me a lift to the port after checking out.

A perfect place to stay for diving or relaxing, it's so close to everything and comfy. We dived with Dive Link Cebu which is the partner to this accommodation and we couldn't have asked for better. It's close to everything from the market to the port and blacktip shark sanctuary, we loved having our own access to the beach.

This has been, by far, the best Airbnb reservation we've ever had. The private beach is truly the highlight—it felt like having our own personal resort. There were also fun activities like paddleboarding and snorkeling (just bring your own goggles), which added to the experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay, so staying connected was never an issue. A special shoutout to Shiela, the property caretaker—you made our stay extra special. Your warmth, hospitality, and cheerful presence made us feel right at home. We genuinely enjoyed our conversations with you! Our family spent a blissful three days at Eking's beautiful villa. We wanted a place where we could completely relax and unwind, and this suited our purposes perfectly. The villa itself is lovely and comfortable, with lots of windows to take advantage of the stunning ocean views. The property, right on the ocean with private ocean access, is lovely. Our three sons (21, 19 and 17) enjoyed the pool, billiards, kayaks and paddleboard, and we took advantage of the opportunity to have the staff cook some meals for us. The rate was quite reasonable and May's cooking was great! A few notes: the villa is pretty far removed from towns of any size, so it's probably not the best place to stay if you are looking for a central location. It's ideal as a getaway, a place to unplug, unwind, and just enjoy the beauty of the ocean. Also, the second bedroom is on the lower level near the pool with its own entrance, which was perfect for our older sons but might be a problem if your children are small. The property does not have a sandy beach, so if you're looking for a typical beach experience you might be disappointed, but we enjoyed just lounging in/around the pool, enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. Eking was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions. The staff on the property was wonderful. They really do a wonderful job of keeping the place tidy and they helped us with everything we needed. We were all sad to leave and would go back any chance we got!

OKOY guesthouse is certainly one of the best Airbnb’s on Bantayan island.

Grace was very helpful and responsive. She also helped us a lot with transportation and other services. A very polite and well mannered host! The place was fantastic. We loved having the whole place to ourselves. It was very clean and organized.

We absolutely loved our time at Grace’s place. It’s in the most beautiful and serene setting, with gorgeous cliff beaches and so much nature. At first, we were apprehensive about it being a bit far but it wasn’t far at all - in fact, everything is accessible and you can still have peace and quiet. Grace was also super responsive and booked us tricycles and bicycles whenever we needed, and they arrived within minutes. But the best part about the accommodation was the housekeeper Sai. Her hospitality exceeds all bounds, she treated us so warmly and with so much love and care. When my brother fell sick she was kind enough to take us to the hospital and even drop us to the port after. I’ve rarely experienced such kindness and friendliness. I would come back here again and again.

• The house owner gave us a tour upon arrival, which was a thoughtful and helpful gesture. • The price is very affordable — we honestly hope they keep it that way. • The house is spacious; everyone in our group had their own room. • The pool was warm and clean — perfect for a relaxing outing. • The parking area can fit up to 3 SUVs, so plan accordingly. • Even though it’s a new listing, the place is already doing really well — we were actually their first guests! • The kitchen had complete utensils, which made cooking and eating very convenient. • They have a karaoke you can use until 10 PM. • The attendant was very approachable, kind, and easy to talk to. • Comfort rooms (CRs) were clean and well-maintained. • They gave us fresh buko and jackfruit, which was a nice surprise.

We got everything that we need. The host is very responsive and the staff are very friendly and accomplished too. Miss Sheryl helps us out in booking for motorbike and the Island Hopping which is very nice a very nice experience. We even got to check in early with the air-condition turned on already when we arrived given the tiring travel and from the heat of the sun at noon. As a group who decided to cook for ourselves, the kitchen is a complete set of what we need. We were even provided by the staff a set of kitchen wears we used for our food we brought for Island hopping. Overall, I was beyond pleased with the service and definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you Miss Sheryl and all the staff❤️

i like the location since it's in a quiet subdivision but very close still to the town proper host was also friendly and responsive had AC in both rooms and the living room, truly comforting when the heat got bad outside

Top accommodation! Marciano and Victoria were very helpful. The property was well equipped and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but the outdoor shower worked perfectly. We will be happy to come back:)

The host was very responsive to my queries. Even if I mistakenly booked a smaller room, she offered us extra beds for free so that all of us 6 will be accomodated. And the caretaker is very friendly and accomodating to our needs. She always checks on us if we still need something. And also, we were allowed to check in earlier than the check in time, so that we can rest coz we arrived early morning. The place also is very secured and just walkable to MJ square and the market. Will definitely come back soon and will recommend the place to our friends and relatives who will be visiting Sta. Fe. Thank you so much.

The host is very friendly, we arrived there at midnight due to delayed schedules and she stayed up just to wait for us. She was waiting there when we arrived. The place was great, more than what we expected. We had a great stay.

this is a good place for larger set of guests and is a nice homestay however our guests were booked in at last minute and luckily host responded quickly and accepted however 3 different attempts to locate property by our Filipino family resulted in them coming back to us at another location complaining they could not find it - the address system on Bantayan Island is not up to Western mapping standards so beware of this other than that my family reported the stay was adequate and they all slept OK good for large group

We requested to stay at Eleazar's place very last minute, local lady Daisy came to assist us and was very responsive. The place has everything a local would like in the Philippines, behind a local school the placewas peaceful and welcoming. The beach 150m away was the best we found on the island, shallow warm waters and full of local fishermen at dusk heading our for the night, a little bit out of town it could be walked but as we had kids we were easily picked up by trike drivers once we walked up to the nearby main road. It is rudimental but spacious and I could happily live there for a month if I could spare the time (though I would hope for a long term discount!) Bantayan Island and Santa Fe is great and though it's a bit more pricey than some other areas I'm sure you could eventually find a low cost lifestyle. Thanks Daisy and Eleazar
