Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

The villa is on two floors connected by an external staircase, with arcaded areas with tables with sea view, and a veranda for windy days. Inside, two living rooms, with large windows that open on the garden, the sea and pool view, two fully equipped kitchens, 4 bedrooms (8 guests) including two master bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathroom, 4 bathrooms, barbecue, covered parking.

Palau, apartment 20 metres away from the beach

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Casa Leyla is the perfect combination of comfortable outdoor areas and a familiar and fresh environment inside. Internal and external hot shower, Wallbox for eletric cars, internal and external equipped kitchen, covered terrace with dining area and relaxation area, external wooden floor with awning. Comfortable deck chairs for resting in the shade of walnut, laurel and pomegranate trees. There is also a garden with aromatic herbs such as basil, sage, chives, mint, rosemary and marjoram.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Historic center studio 100 meters from the beach

STREET PARKING, FREE, NON-PRIVATE. THE MUNICIPALITY OF PALAU REQUIRES A TOURIST TAX OF €3 PER DAY PER PERSON. It is a large room of about 50 square meters, with a separate sleeping area and a single sofa bed in the living area. Outside, in the courtyard, there is a laundry room and a freezer. It is a small village house that I renovated without altering its features. It has a kitchenette with two induction stoves, a smart TV in the living room, Wi-Fi connection, hot/cold heat pump.

In the farmhouse you can enjoy the tranquility of country life, but in a very short time you can go from the beach life of Isola dei Gabbiani, 5 minutes away by car, to the tranquility of the many beaches that are located along the coast from Santa Teresa to Cannigione. Palau is a 10-minute drive away, from here you can set off on excursions to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. Bed/bath linen not provided, possible rental on site with prior notice or use of your own.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Old Gallura house restored in keeping with tradition, for those looking for a simple and quiet place, surrounded by greenery and silence, to spend a peaceful vacation, with a spirit of discovery and sharing: you will be our guests for dinner on the evening of arrival and, if you like our cuisine, you can book for the following evenings. We also organize boat trips to the archipelago of La Maddalena to learn about the islands' history and nature.
