Stazzo Lughente

Typical Gallura building overlooking the Gulf of Olbia. It includes a property of 15,000 square meters planted with olive groves. Ideal for families. The structure is independent, surrounded by nature with large spaces, garden, barbecue, shower and laundry. The house has a master bedroom with attached master bathroom and two bedrooms with bathroom. The living area, with adjoining veranda overlooking the sea, consists of a dining room, lounge and independent kitchen complete with appliances.

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura is not a typical vacation home. Its wavy architecture has curves reminiscent of the waves of the ocean, the iconic nuraghi and the organic style of the Costa Smeralda. Also unique is its view of the harbor, the city center and Corsica, which is only 8 km away via the Strait of Bonifacio, and the in-house car electric charging station, which charges 2 e-bikes and 3 bicycles. In the farmhouse you can enjoy the tranquility of country life, but in a very short time you can go from the beach life of Isola dei Gabbiani, 5 minutes away by car, to the tranquility of the many beaches that are located along the coast from Santa Teresa to Cannigione. Palau is a 10-minute drive away, from here you can set off on excursions to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. Ci troviamo presso Monti Russu, Aglientu. Di recente costruzione, la casa si compone di 1 soggiorno-cucina attrezzata, 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, giardino anteriore e posteriore vista mare. Si trova a 1400m dalla spiaggia Monti Russu, ed è raggiungibile in 5 minuti in auto la spiaggia di Rena Majore che ha ospitato il set del film Disney "La Sirenetta". I centri più vicini che forniscono i servizi necessari sono Vignola, Rena Majore e Santa Teresa Gallura, a 5-4-11 km.

Part of Stazzo, on the ground floor there is a living area with a kitchen and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and sunsets, and on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with an ensuite bathroom. There is an outdoor shower and a shared washing machine, with a unique view of the sunset. I live in the other part of Stazzu, so some outdoor spaces may be shared. The beach can be reached with a good walk (20 minutes) or in three minutes by car.
