Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Magnificent apartment located in a historic 14th-century building of Roman origin nestled in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, on a historic farm. The furniture is renovated and comfortable. Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Lakehouse in unique position on Lake Trasimeno

Lang’s Lakehouse is in a unique location, being one of a handful of properties on the banks of Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth largest lake. The property sleeps five upstairs. Directly in front of the property is a large grassed terrace, perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Visitors can swim, paddleboard or fish from the front of the property and even cook pizzas in their own pizza oven.

Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in the city; although inside a historic building, it has an elevator. From our accommodation in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city can offer you.

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.

Frankly welcoming for a fantastic stay

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
