Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Lorenzo al Mare

Vielen Dank Dario für eine entspannte Ferienwoche! Dank der super funktionierenden Heizung war es immer warm und gemütlich in der Wohnung. Trotz Regen haben wir den Ausblick aufs Meer von der überdachten Terrasse aus genießen können. Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins Hinterland können wir empfehlen.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war unser zweiter Besuch. Wir haben die schnellen Antworten auf Anfragen von uns sehr geschätzt und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die netten Willkommen- und Abschiedsgesten.

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Heerlijk huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht. Bij aankomst werden we opgehaald op een afgesproken makkelijk te vinden plaats zodat we niet hoefden te zoeken. Lieve enthousiaste verhuurders. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug

Gabrielle est un hôte très aimable et disponible. La maison au calme dans un tout petit village était un bon point de départ pour les excursions dans la région. Les équipements étaient propres et en quantité suffisante pour un séjour de vacances. Un grand merci !

Hôte accueillante et discrète, le logement correspond aux photos, linge très propre, une vue exceptionnelle. Le calme et la vue imprenable depuis la maison en font un lieu idéal pour passer un bon séjour. A recommander !

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Super Ausblick über die Bucht. Viel Sonne beim Kaffee trinken am Morgen. Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen. Gastgeberin sehr nett.

Lee's flat is a loveLy space on the 7the floor (with a lift!) which gives spacious sky views above rooftops and the feeling of being above the city. Lee was wonderful, meeting us at the flat and showing us around. A bottle of wine and chocolates also greeted us! The flat was clean, beautifully stocked, and very comfortable! The patio is large with a variety of seating; perfect for any time of the day. My son and I had a fabulous time walking around Nice, we found the location very central to everything, especially gelato!

The most perfect apartment for our weekend getaway! Célia was a fab and friendly host, who recommended lots of places to eat and nothing was ever too much trouble! The apartment had everything we needed and was in a great location to get around!

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Olivier answered all e-mails promptly and check-in, check-out was really easy. Great apartment - spotlessly clean and fab location. We come to Limone every year so being between lift and town was perfect. Will certainly return. Loved the balcony too. Thank you.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Logement très bien situé et propre. Supermarché, restaurants, tramway, tout est à proximité. De plus, la vue de la terrasse est très jolie, je recommande !

L’hôte s’est avéré très agréable et disponible lors de nos échanges. L’appartement proposé est très bien situé, correspond totalement aux photos de l’annonce, est très propre et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Accoglienza molto cordiale e completa disponibilità da parte dell’host. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e molto pulito. Consiglio vivamente ad ogni coppia come piccola fuga d’amore, ottima la vasca è stupendo il cortile☺️

Elena è una Host piacevolissima. È super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha anche consigliato dove poter cenare e ci ha indicato un po’ i punti strategici della zona. L’alloggio è dotato di tutto. Addirittura Elena mette a disposizione assorbenti intimi per donne. Il mattino ci ha fatto pervenire anche dei croissant caldi e freschi e avevamo a disposizione tutto per la colazione. La vista dall’appartamento è spettacolare e nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi non passavano nemmeno troppe macchine che urtassero l’atmosfera. Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché è ancora periodo di manutenzione però l’abbiamo vista ed è molto carina. Il box è capiente e vicino all’appartamento. Incluso negli spazi c’è una terrazza ampissima, accogliente e dotata di sdrai, ombra o sole, a preferenza, barbecue e tavolo con sedie. Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno!! Unica pecca, non per noi, se non si amano le lunghe passeggiate, nei dintorni, a piedi non si raggiungono i posti per prima necessità

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Alloggio in posizione perfette per raggiungere i country club di montecarlo! In soli 2 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati in stazione e da li solo 2 fermate. Cathrine è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile nel venirci incontro per il nostro orario di check in. Consigliamo assolutamente l alloggio!!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

I highly recommend staying at this apartment! It’s super cozy and clean, and it’s in a great location — really close to the port and the sea. There are tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars nearby, and the neighborhood felt really quiet and safe. Vassil was an amazing host — very responsive and helpful, and he gave us so many great recommendations for things to do and places to visit in Nice. Check-in and check-out were super easy. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here again!

On a passé un super séjour ! L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, super propre et bien situé, parfait pour découvrir le coin ! L’accueil était parfait, et tout s’est bien enchaîné du début à la fin. Merci encore, on garde l’adresse pour une prochaine fois !
