Beautiful apartment with harbour view. A lot of good restaurants at the foot of the apartment.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We were very pleased with the house and the location. Arrived very late and were able to check in flexibly with the lockbox. The apartment to you was clean and in the kitchen you could find everything you needed. Alessandro was a good host. He responded to us very quickly and answered all questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

The apartment is located in the central part of the city! All local attractions and the sea are within 10 minutes! Well-equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom! Andrea communicated with us quickly and accurately, perfect host! I recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The view is absolutely stunning — even better than the photos. It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50 m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organisation you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of holiday). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Sun Bay House you are truly lucky. Philippe has created a beautiful oasis right in the middle of Villefranche-sur-Mer. He is an unbelievable host - the space is pristine and he has thought of every last detail. He gave us amazing recommendations for the area and we absolutely loved talking with him. We left feeling like we were leaving an old friend. We were torn between wanting to sight see around town but also not wanting to leave this beautiful property. Thank you Philippe for making our stay so perfect and special - the best way to end our honeymoon.

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment corresponds perfectly to the description, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We highly recommend Nadia's accommodation. A big thank you to Nadia.

Fantastic views and a great place to use as a base

Everything was perfect and we will be very happy to arrange our staying again at Katharina’s place. For sure this is our spot at French Riviera for our vacation.

I stayed at Giulia's house for 3 nights, there were 4 of us, the rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom is a little small but with everything you need, the kitchen is livable and with every comfort, but the most important thing is the location... in the center a few meters from the sea, I highly recommend it !!!!!

Very well located apartment, 5mn drive from San Remo, breathtaking sea view, very clean and well renovated, good bedding, very nice terrace. Responsive owner. Only small downside, the road below is busy and noisy. But we had a great stay and enjoyed San Remo, its market, its restaurants etc. 

Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

My girlfriend and I stayed for only 2 days at Maria Vittoria's place, but it was like feeling at home! The experience was really pleasant, the apartment had all the comforts as described and Maria Vittoria was very helpful and courteous. The location is great for reaching the beaches, the center and the various walks/bike path comfortably on foot in a few minutes; this is a plus as you can also get around the surrounding areas with great ease. Special mention for cleanliness as everything was clean and there was also the necessary to keep it tidy. Overall very satisfying stay!

A lovely little gem! The apartment is small but perfectly equipped — the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, which I really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay in this apartment in Sanremo! The place is bright, modern, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a top location – just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet side street, so we could really relax. The apartment is also very central, with lots of great restaurants and shopping options just around the corner. Our hosts, Sylvia and Massimo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available and supported us with any questions we had – truly wonderful hosts! We had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely love to come back. This apartment is highly recommended!

A dream stay! Domenico's apartment was bright and very well structured, with a large room to relax in, a practically new and very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and, as a highlight, three balconies with breathtaking views of the sea. The choice of furniture, sober and tasteful, combined with the presence of everything necessary for daily activities (iron, drying rack, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) made us feel at home. The three-room apartment is centrally located, directly on the sea, which can be accessed by walking a few metres. The cleanliness is to be commended. Highly recommended!
