Holiday rentals with a fireplace in San Lazzaro di Savena

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

L'alloggio si trova in una frazione di Marradi, sulla strada ma con una corte e un giardino interno che lo rendono tranquillo. Molto accogliente (impagabili le serate davanti al camino!!), ben attrezzato e particolare. Buon punto di partenza per visitare i bei dintorni. Luciana è gentilissima, molto cordiale, attenta e sempre disponibile! Ci siamo sentiti a casa! Vivamente consigliato.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Federica’s home was absolutely amazing. We were welcomed with genuine hospitality and treated with the utmost respect. The house was in perfect condition and offered several beautiful, relaxing outdoor spaces. We've stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was by far the best—so comfortable and inviting, we truly felt like family.

Crisitina et André sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avions demandé des références pour suivre un cours de cuisine, visiter une cave de fabrication de vinaigre balsamiques et à notre arrivée, tout était déjà organisé. C’était plus qu’est-ce qu’espérer. Pour les hôtes, c’est un 12/10. Vous ne pouvez pas être déçu avec eux! En arrivant, le paysage est à couper le souffle. Pour la maison, c’est un bijoux! Ça sent bon, c’est propre et nous avons manqué de rien. Les accessoires dans la cuisine sont de qualité, les chambres sont grandes et confortable, les salles de bain sont belles et propre. Nous avions à notre disposition du bois pour un feu de foyer dans la salle à manger. C’était super! Nous étions 6 personnes et jamais nous nous sommes sentis à l’étroit. Oui, oui, je recommande ces hôtes et leur superbe maison!

Annalisa and her husband, Michele, were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and even helped me get boxes for shipping and drying my clothes. The space is super clean and well organized. They have thought of everything. The mattresses were very comfortable and the space is peaceful. We slept really well. I highly recommend staying here!

Honestly- quite a nice appartment, accessible by bus, plus a cute terrace. We had a very nice stay ☀️

Apparentemente incantevole, pulito e ordinato. È stato come sentirsi a casa, forse meglio. La tranquillità della zona è paradisiaca. La vista, seppur non diretta sul lago, si affaccia sulla vallata e sulle colline rigogliose di vegetazione e alberi, un incanto. L’incontro con gli animali autoctoni è stato emozionante.

Meget centralt, men stadig rolig og tilbage trukket. Smukt og meget smagfuldt indrettet, med en yderst sympatisk og hjælpsom værtinde som både hjalp os med en tidlig indtjekning, en lidt senere afgang samt en taxa da hele bymidten var afspærret til et stort løb. Vi har benyttet os af airbnb i mere end 20 år, og altid været glade for de steder vi har boet, men dette har indtil nu været vores bedste ophold.

Naprosto perfektní ubytování! Apartmán se nacházel v poklidné čtvrti, kde byli příjemní sousedé. Byt byl čistý, útulný (přesně jako na fotkách) a Gabriele byl super hostitel. Dal nám spoustu tipů a byl moc přívětivý. Byli jsme u něj týden a díky tomuto pobytu jsme si Modenu zamilovali a určitě se někdy vrátíme🩷. A velký plus byly přátelské a nádherné kočičky v okolí. 🤩

Il soggiorno da Alberto è stato impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. Persona super disponibile, reattiva e amichevole. La location, proprio come dall'annuncio, si presentava spaziosa, pulita e ben organizzata. Il luogo perfetto per soggiornare se si vuole essere nel pieno centro di Modena. Host super consigliato.

Veľmi dobrá poloha. Hneď v centre, blízko je tržnica kde sa cez deň dajú kúpiť lokálne potraviny a večer sú tam reštaurácie na posedenie pri vínku či na večeru. Ubytovanie bolo síce malé ale úplne postačujúce pre dvoch. Bolo tam všetko čo potrebujeme. Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

My son and I had an amazing time at Bella’s. We even stayed an extra night, because we felt so comfortable and needed a day of rest after all our adventures. The countryside is stunning, Bella’s dogs are lovely, the apartment is clean, with all appliances in working condition. Breakfasts were delicious (granola, juice, pastries and yogurt) and the way the house is built is wonderfully classic in style. I valued the local supermarket, Pina’s restaurant (highly recommend the pasta, or pizzas) and the hiking opportunities are everywhere. Thank you Bella!

Siamo stati nella villa durante il periodo di Pasqua. La villa é immersa tra le colline e questo rende il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla solita routine quotidiana. All'interno é accogliente, fornita di ogni confort, pulita e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Adatta a famiglie e coppie. I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e in zona si trova tutto. L'host é cordiale, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is great—peaceful and close to nature, yet easily accessible from the highway. The green area around the cottage is beautiful and perfect for kids to explore. Our 2-year-old son absolutely loved getting closer to the rabbits that live around and walk through the vines—it was such a special experience for him. The place was clean and cozy, and we felt very welcome. The host’s mother received us and was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. A perfect spot for families—we’d definitely come back!

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit :) Die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sie ist großzügig und toll ausgestattet, mit kleinen Naschereien und Getränken für den ersten Tag! Der große Pool war geöffnet, sodass wir viel baden konnten. Außerdem steht ein großer Gasgrill zum Grillen zur Verfügung. Unser Gastgeber Riccardo war freundlich, hilfsbereit, war immer erreichbar und hat für unsere Kinder sogar ein Sammelsurium an Badespielzeug für den Pool aufgepustet. Eine tolle, kleine Bäckerei ist drei Häuser weiter. Ansonsten benötigt man ein Auto, um die Gegend erkunden zu können - aber ich denke, dass man sich über so etwas im Vorfeld informiert. Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war die Hellhörigkeit zu den Nachbarn hin. Wir saßen aufgrund der Hunde und Kleinkinder mehrmals zu später Stunde aufrecht im Bett, da es wirklich sehr laut war. Nach drei Nächten hatten wir uns daran gewöhnt.

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

I cannot brag about finding this place enough. At first I was skeptical as I have booked some places that did not match the description nor the pictures. This place far exceeded in all areas. Samantha who meet us at the location was the best!!! She gave a little history on the place and left us wanting to see before photos. This home is amazing! It was clean, well laid out and full of amenities. The surrounding were so peaceful, well laid did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!
