It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

Located in Bologna in the Bolognina district, the apartment is a few dozen meters from the Ustica Memory Museum. A strategic location to walk to the Fair (900 meters) and, with a 20/30-minute walk, the city center. Very close you will find the bus stop that in a few minutes reaches in addition to the historic center, the high-speed train station, from which the People Moover departs, connected with the airport, the S.
