Le camere sono situate al primo piano, servito da un'ampia scala. La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con parco dotato di lettini e ombrelloni dedicati al relax degli ospiti.

The bedroom is new and has a private bathroom for exclusive use, with an entrance from inside the room. The room has air conditioning and radiators. The entrance to the room is independent and with an armored door. The breakfast area is shared with only one other room. The apartment is in the center, but it is not in the ZTL and is a few minutes' walk from all the main areas: train station, University, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, Piazza del Nettuno.

Double Room

Nice and very well-kept apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood immersed in greenery, convenient to the ring road and well served by public transport. There is always free condominium parking and protected by the gate. The bathroom is only shared with the owner, the only tenant. Breakfast is offered, but the kitchen is not available for guests. The tourist tax (equal to €5.80 per person for each night) is excluded from the price, which must be paid upon arrival.
